Can I sign up for the Mercedes CLK-LM just for Spa.

The only GT1 spot open would be for the R390 on Sundays unless Razor doesn't participate. He hasn't confirmed if he will or wont run this series yet. I think you should test the R390 or an unused GTS car like the Panoz or Supra.

Something has come up so I can't make the Sunday race this weekend, however if there's room I'll dip into the Friday session just for entertainment's sake.

Ok but if someone in GT1 doesn't turn up is it ok if I use a GT1 car.

Ok, as of rd.1 no one runs the 2nd McLaren F1 on Friday so its between you and F1WC.

Yea, just look above. So far no one does the 2nd McLaren on Friday. So you and johnnyb can settle that.

INTRODUCTION

Designed in 1920 by Jules de Their and Henri Langlois Van Ophem, the original triangle-shaped course used public roads between the Belgian towns of Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot while measuring some 15km in total length. Over the years, Numerous changes made Spa the fastest open road circuit in the world, and in the final years of the old circuit, drivers could average 150 mph (241 km/h) on the circuit. The biggest change, however, saw the circuit being shortened from 14 km (9 mi) to 7 km (4 mi) in 1979.

The start/finish line, which was originally on the downhill straight before Eau Rouge, was moved to the straight before the La Source hairpin in 1981. Like its predecessor the new layout still is a fast and hilly route through the Ardennes where speeds in excess of 315 km/h (195 mph) can be reached. Perhaps the two most important turns are the Eau Rouge and Blanchimont corners, both which need to be taken flat out to maximize your top speed before the heavy braking zones.

Who will cross the line and finish first through the Ardennes? Join us today and find out!

Miserable race, I had. First, I had a spin. Okay, that's fine. My bad. I can continue okay. Then, my wheel started to mess up. It kept on making me go to the PS Home screen. And I was held up by braunracing (no offense to you). I just got so agitated throughout the race. Constantly spinning and spinning and going off course. Thanks DFGT.

Oh, and I think I'm gonna get a tyre penalty.

Well done to everyone else, however. Dominant win, Predator.

If shortcuts were used for the fastest lap, it will be disregarded. Tire penalties are only if someone doesn't use the tires correctly in terms of compound usage. If you go too far or too short in a stint its a warning. 3 warnings is an infraction (-5 points). But from what I remember it was a good race! I had to piss so I took a bathroom break during my 2nd pit stop. That wasn't a good idea.
