1'41.7s at Grand Valley with only 570hp. I congratulate you for this. Best handling car I've ever driven. Ever.

No, seriously, my Bentley is just unfair. I can just hit the gas and it turns with no wheelspin at all.

hey, guys. Sorry for not sending any PMs this morning, I woke for the qualifying, was disappointed, and then slept again. So, i'll be sending them now. For now there's mythic and TnT.
Anyone else?
 
I'm good on my Panoz. Mythic may want the new one you gave me at 828kg so he can ballast it to 900 (902kg) for 50/50 weight distribution. Next up is the CLK, R390 and McLaren.
 
I was able to get exactly 900 kg on Merc, but unfortunately Nissan is at 860 + 40, and the Mclaren at a far 817 + 83. Mclaren starts at a low 950, so it takes away a lot. I'll play a bit more.

Unfortunately, mythic does not have a USB drive, so for him the borrowing method lasts 4-5 hours. It's a pain in the @ss.
 
We can make due with the changes. If it comes down to it we can run the cars at different power levels. Equaling these cars is not hard. And as for Monday's race at Spa- it's still on!

I tried out the Panoz, I used at the 50-50 distribution and wasn't very happy with it... I used a 52-48 distribution and actually got a faster lap than with the 50-50.
 
Its ok, we'll still have the room open around 4:00 to 4:30. Race won't start without you Tyson.

As for the Panoz, Winner, it won't be in GT1 until next season. That will start up by the end of April or early May. So you have time to get a flash drive and all that to be able to 'borrow' the 828kg Panoz.

INTRODUCTION

Designed in 1920 by Jules de Their and Henri Langlois Van Ophem, the original triangle-shaped course used public roads between the Belgian towns of Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot while measuring some 15km in total length. Over the years, Numerous changes made Spa the fastest open road circuit in the world, and in the final years of the old circuit, drivers could average 150 mph (241 km/h) on the circuit. The biggest change, however, saw the circuit being shortened from 14 km (9 mi) to 7 km (4 mi) in 1979.

The start/finish line, which was originally on the downhill straight before Eau Rouge, was moved to the straight before the La Source hairpin in 1981. Like its predecessor the new layout still is a fast and hilly route through the Ardennes where speeds in excess of 315 km/h (195 mph) can be reached. Perhaps the two most important turns are the Eau Rouge and Blanchimont corners, both which need to be taken flat out to maximize your top speed before the heavy braking zones.

RACE DETAILS

Race room will open ~7:00pm est. (Monday) with qualifying starting ~7:30-8:00pm (provided enough entries). Qualifying settings will be fuel consumption/tire wear on FAST while race setting will be NORMAL.

TIRE USAGE

Endurance round; tire usage OPEN. Minimum stint 8 laps. A Minimum tire usage (both compounds) will be 2 stints each meeting the minimum lap per stint distance. You choose which compound you qualify with, but start the race with said tire compound.

What class you looking towards? If GTS is the one you're interested in, I suggest the Pagani Zonda LM or Nomad Lamborghini Diablo GT-1.
 
In fact, I strongly recommend the Pagani Zonda LM from personal experience. Don't be like me and pick Panoz Esperante unless you want a nightmare every race...

Djackson never used mediums and I still won?! Wow...

R33 TC is shared if anyone wants to give it a whirl. It's pre-tuned, and my best time so far is a 1'52.83 at Nurburgring. I'm not the great so I'm pretty sure it's beatable.
 
I was in the 1:51's with the other GTS cars at Nurburgring. The GTR TC is too slow. The Corvette C5-R was my slowest that I tried and was still low 1:52's. I edited the results points. DJ gets 26 points as he was placed last in GTS (5th place x2 for 'endurance' round of Spa) but gets full points for the position because he finished the race. The others don't get full points because they quit before finishing half distance.

I think the Panoz is a good car once you get the setup right. It's super fast, and has a really god top speed, seems the power doesn't give up.
