A new maintenance notice announced

The online service of Gran Turismo 5 will undergo maintenance during the following hours:

Start: 23/04/2013 04:00 BST
Finish: 23/04/2013 06:00 BST

Start: 25/04/2013 09:00 BST
Finish: 25/04/2013 11:00 BST

During the maintenance, it will not be possible to connect to any of the online services.

*Please note that the exact times of the maintenance may slightly vary.

So as usual let the speculation begin...

The first maintenance falls on Tuesday, lasts two hours and during it won't be possible to connect to the online services.... so it means that an update is on the way

Probably just to fix something online (like it says at the beginning). Maybe to stop the use of hybrids online and to carry out the rest of their ban measures for using hybrids online and the update you mention (but not announced) to fix little pointless things that don't really need fixing and to troll us that Spec III and DLC or something is coming when it's not.

But then again we may get Kaz's car that he's used in the Nurb 4hr race recently.

Who know's?. I for one will wait and see what (if anything) comes from the maintenance.

I've learned not to expect anything from maintenance except maintenance. That way I don't drop everything in my life and make it my life's goal to punish Kaz and PD anyway I can for what I thought they might give us and then not get anything from what they didn't announce.

It's been a while since the 3rd dlc pack. Kaz, I want to spend money on your game but there's nothing I can buy in it.

All please speculate with precise choices instead of something generic, like "seattle" instead of "a classic gt track". Way more entertaining.

Before maintenance........

Stop the world, we're getting Spec III with every car and track ever built before the begining of time and a livery editor + event creator. We will have full usage of the course creator where we can put in our own corners and scenery. Have more than sixteen cars on track with multiple classes, Porsche. Our credit limit will be no more. We will be able to send an unlimited amount of cars of any value to our friends, We will be able to use standard cars in photo travel. Hell, we will get all the standards converted to premium etc, etc. Oh, and they will fix the shadow and graphic issues and give us more ram on our PS3. Also they are getting rid of the paint chip system for a more simple choose your colour and paint the car whatever you like (Just like Forza).👍

After maintenance......

Oh! it was just routine maintenance and I have been banned online for using my hybrid in the Sunday cup.
