Well, then I have the Bit Torrent client.

How can I use it for obtain the full demo?

Just click on the file and it should open your Bit Torrent client, then it will start to download the demo.

What BT client are you using?
 
anybody have code or other method to remove time limit?

and if u have see the demo in the game
we can see HONGKONG, ICE ARENA , Amalfi some course
and EVO VIII, RX7, NSX-R, JGTC Car.........
i think that few course and car also can "call" with the code................

anybody have this thing knowlege? 👍

Yes I had the driving aid off in that video. The track surface is a beast :D with all the bumps and what not and that kurb just caught me out. But you can still lose it on the bumps and kurbs with the driving aid turned on... or is that just me? :dopey:

Me getting caught out on the ring several times...

I couldn't do jack with that kurb coming down to Arembergkurve. It just launched the car and I couldn't keep it under control when it came back down. :dunce:

No sound and average quality. :indiff:

Check out the spark effect at about the 1:07 mark. They go up into the air and then fall back down all realistic like. I am impressed with this little detail.

That track with that car is scary, the wind noise is insane and I haven't got to grips with the track or the physics engine yet. But ok!

Someone here said the brake are too forgiving? You need to watch brake zones at the nurburgring with the Falken GT-R (race car). Slamming on the brakes at max speed unsettles the car big time. It causes you to zig zag, especially the front end. If you are near the curb you are done and sideways into the wall. If you brake over one of the knolls that set the car into the air you are done too. If you brake too late and really jam it into the corner like you could in GT3 you are done, especially at high speeds.
Awesome review kensei! Did you use a DS controller or the DFP steering wheel? I had the impression you describe first with the DS in the BMW demo, but when braking with the DFP, the BMW 120 seems a lot more stable.

Curbs really really unsettled the car, especially if you use them like you could in GT3. I never liked the curb riding that the hot lappers and OLRs used in GT3. Sure it was faster around the circuit but very unrealistic (in 90% of cases). At the Nurburgring if you try to ride the curb GT3 style with your car it becomes very unsettled and you loose the front or back end into the wall. You can cut a tighter line over the curbs, but you can't ride them to be faster or save your butt. Same goes for George V., though less extreme since the speeds are slower. However if you cut too hard accross them your car feels like it bottoms out and skids wide.
Also in GT4P, I noticed some improved downforce effects while driving the 2001 Mobil 1 NSX. Link for those who did't visit the GT4P forum.

It is tricky in 2 or 3 spots but when you nail them perfect it's a real joy and I'm getting the hang of it now. :D

This demo is awesome I only hope a time limit remover comes soon. :sly:

I imagine there's a variable someplace that could be tweaked rather easily for the time limit...But we have to find it first!
 
Damn I'm gonna be so owned by the Nurb it's exciting :(......:D So would anyone say gt4's physics are hardcore and can compete with the big boys? Also, how's the driving on the paris and mountain track? I'm sure the nurb is like 24times harder but are the other tracks difficult to drive on?

Yeah, the physics are much better than before, which means you have to be more careful and more precise to be quick on the track. I've been doing some hotlapping with the RX-8 on Trial Mountain, and you have to drive it very carefully to be fast. There are loads of little bumps in the tracks now, which can just throw you out if you don't care enough. And you better avoid the curbs completely, because you only lose time if you're lucky, and once you're airborne there's a good chance you'll hit the wall. Same goes for the grass and dirt: if you're lucky you'll "only" lose time, but again there's a good chance of spinning out.

I just want to know...VV listed the Prelude as a car in the demo...how many cars are there to chose from?....I'm confused.
There are five cars to choose from, but VV found out that there are 39 car files on the demo disc. That's the opponents you may have when doing a race and some other cars.

omg, I just realized how you all are having a hard time with the falken gtr then driving group c on the nurb pops in my head :eek: If that Gtr is tough to handle, imagine rolling in a lmp car or group c or even the infamous pikes peak :crazy: on the nurb :crazy: :crazy: and imagine the aerodymanics of that car on nurb's straight 👍

Looks like alot of us will be making out with the walls in gt4 :sly:

What about this situation: you are driving on the track and one wheel gets in the grass, will you spin out?
 
I just got the demo today and boy is it a big change from good'ole GT3. Its even a big change from GT4p. Its gonna take a while to get used to the new engine, but with all the delays I should have it down by the time GT4 comes out.

I used the link in the thread to get it. The one with the torrent file. I never played the BMW one, but from what I assume its a totally different demo.
 
1'45.xxx to the T3 at Nurburgring in the GT-R. YIKES! My best is 1'58.xxx with driver aids on and 1'57.xxx with them off, and I realistically think there is 5 seconds I am leaving on the table being extra careful in a few areas. But to chop another 7 secs from that, yikes. I must admit I am a bit suspicious of those times, but then again this isn't OLR and nothing serious. The scary thing is that unlike in Gt3 you can't ride the walls or cut over the grass and be faster in this demo, so I don't even know where you could cheat on this....

Are you doing these in single race mode or time trial mode? I could see where drafting that Viper on the straights could chop a big chunk of time off, maybe as much as 10seconds.

Eitherway...1'45.xxx is sick.
