There's a lot more regarding ASM, TSC, TIRES, how many laps etc, etc for the online game modes.

It's a lot easier for them to bury the online stuff rather than remove it entirely. Remember the Diablo and 911 from GT3? Same thing. I'm sure the online code will be fully present in the final version of the game, there just won't be any way to access it through the game.

These cars are also in there, have they already been revealed?

Looks like Sony have plans to charge us for something or maybe its related to in game currency. So you can use it to buy other peoples car parts online when they launch it?

More than likely that is what it is. Much like when you can buy parts and cars from other players in that awful game, Sega GT Online.

After 3 days of downloading, I finally have the demo. Some quick impressions:

* The Ring is going to be many, many hours of fun.
* The car sounds are improved, but there still is a little something missing
* Still no reverse lights and you have to hit triangle for reverse instead of down shifting until you reach it.
* Time limits are a bunch of rubbish.
* Photomode is interesting.
* The physics are quite a bit better than GT3 and improved since Prologue though if you hit the grass you do not lose complete controll as you would in real life. I've played some sim games ( mostly NetKar) and obviously this is not a full out sim, but it is pretty damn good.

More to follow when I have had more time with it.

Hum...probably little stupid question...but when i'm in the Photomode in the Demo...how can i go back? Triangle doesn't work....so..i reseted the machine :ill:

On the bottom there is an outline of a person, if you click this you can exit.

You can't turn the traction control off in the demo so this doesn't happen. However if you brake too hard going over say 60mph the back end lets go and countersteering like a champ is the other thing that can save it. Though the faster you are going the less likely you will be able to save it.
The physics in this "demo" must have changed incredibly since the BMW demo then ...

The more I read your comments, the more there seems to be a lot of wishfull thinking in it. :indiff:

naruto
Where did you get your copy?
:dopey:
Most likely from the same place everyone else has. Download the Torrent file"its on like page 5-10 or something close to that, then click on the torrent fiile or open Bittorrent and select the file, then it will download the 1200+ megabyte file to your pc. You then have to go through the burning process and extra stuff that I dont know one bit about.

If you dont have bittorrent then go to download.com and search for it. Its under 3 megs so its a quickey download.

Tommorow, we can get DEMO in Japan. It has booklet of
GT4(32pages!!)

Some people already got this disc and booklet, and we are
waiting for new information right now.

The booklet has some informaiton about new courses.
[Boston Beacon Hill]
[Spoek Sportscar Course]

I though that Beacon Hill was only for photomode, but
reporter says that it has city course of Beacon Hill.
Very narrow
We don't have any information about [Spoek Sportscar Course].
Still waiting for his report.

We need some scans of this booklet. Can you scan it for us tommorrow ADBAN?

Hey Adban, is there time-limit on that demo? It just seems impossible to have time-limit on demo which comes with the booklet and things.

Hope you'll post some serious info about that version as soon as you get it.

Cheerz.
