Hey guys
I've really enjoyed myself the past two weeks, racing in this tournament.

However, i'm sad to say it but I'm going to have to pull out.

Family and work has caught up with me and I can't keep up.

I'm really sorry for having to do this, but I just don't have enough time at the moment.
Thanks to everyone

Sad to see you go V8 but everyone has their priorities and family and/or work must always be put ahead of a PlayStation game, good luck with everything and I hope to see you soon on GT5. :)

sorry I didn't make the race, and also sorry I didn't notify you mij, time got away from me as I was with my nephew for his 18th birthday, didn't think i'd get back so late,

you just did no chance lol.

no problems TDZ next time make sure you notify me even if your not sure if your going to make it or not.

hey mij, gotta say race last night(rome) was great and all the guys were top notch..... i was surprised and disapointed when i realised that instead of being 2laps in the lead i was in actual fact 2laps behind!!;)..such was the incredible pace set by the usual protagonists...congrats to jas and tt...my story was 6 pitstops due to using the the walls to slow down(think i'll try the brakes next race)..also glad to see chance, taste and mik join the frey, all fair, fast and clean...to luke, back to old drawing board for us bud, looking forward to testing...thanks again mij for a great effort on your behalf...frutti

unfortunate im going to have to pull out also, shifts have changed around at work and now I'm working 8 saturday nights in a row,

Hey Mij, I'm going to have to pull out sorry mate. Keep ending up busy and not being able to make it. So I feel as if someone else should take my spot. Thanks for organising the season though!

:)Hey guys

I apologise to NO CHANCE for spitting the dummy at him at last saturday night's race.
It appears that he could not see me and some of the other competitor on track.
So i am sorry bud..
REALLY if you could not see some of the competitors you should have pull over and asked what's happening i can't see everyone.

Hey guys, good race last night but there are just a couple of small things to say.

Please guys, no messing around after the finish timer starts, some people are still racing.

Also, I have removed McTaste from the championship, I hope you all heed this as a warning that I have zero tolerance for lunacy out on track. By this i mean things such as; ridiculous driving manoeuvres, parking on track, burnouts during race, reversing along track during race.

Other than that it was a good race and well done to toiv on another race win.

I am looking at trying this series out but it just depends when my daughter goes to bed (normally between 8-830 but could stretch to 930).

Question is though, if I could make it into the lobby before race start, and I follow the rules, could I run as a privateer type deal? I don't mind starting from the rear of the grid.

hey all , gr8 race sat nite all, congrats toiv.....again apologies to red and mij, was attempting move out the way, but both times car was damaged and wobbling all over the shop....pity about taste but im not sure why he'd do that and not think there would be (in the words of one eddie murphy) ''CONSEQUENCES AND REPERCUSSIONS''..he's fast enough to have made an heroic comeback, but alas we'll never know, oh well..my race was ok, still generally 1-5secs off the pace which is frustrating but i think acceptable in a room full of quallity drivers. anyways thanks again every1 and mij, catch u all next sat

Once the timer starts do we finish the lap were on? and can team stealth now be metallic black thx

The run-down timer is normally set to 180 seconds (3 Minutes). Depending on the track and lap times, it can be possible to complete the race even if the driver is 2 laps down on the leader.

IMPORTANT POINTS :-
1. The race does not finish until the end of the 180 sec count-down timer. Or, you have crossed the finish line after your final lap and the B-Spec driver has taken over.
2. Your driving behaviour during the run-down timer is expected to be of the same high standard as every other lap since the start.
3. What your position is at the end of the 180 sec run-down timer dictates the drivers points will be, regardless of how many laps have been completed.(e.g. If 2 drivers are 10 laps down on the leader as he/she crosses the line, and after the 180 sec timer finishes, which ever driver has the nose of their car in front at that time, will get the higher finish position and greater points.)

(NB. This info is provided for the benefit of all drivers in response to no-chance's question. Not as a result of anything no-chance has done.)

I added mij2003 and will try to make it tomorrow if my daughter goes to bed on time.

I will run the colour silver as a privateer.

I do not mind not scoring points and I will follow the rules.

If u want hatfield you can run with team stealth for a night seeing my usual team mate is having a night off. That's if it's ok with Mr mij and cac thx

I will run in place of anyone not able to attend if they everyone is happy.

I am not super fast so I don't expect to beat the field :)

Good race tonight guys.

I apologise if I got in the way at all and for using too many sets of RS tires.

I managed 10th in Qualifying on the Hard compound which I was happy with since I had done no testing and am using a controller which keeps me on my toes with some hairy moments. (half of qualifying was spent in the pits repairing damage XD)

The race started well and I managed to keep it clean until someone in front made an error and I went into the back of them. Luckily, it was about lap 4 and the damage to the front did not affect steering and only gave slight vibrations at low revs.

Lap 5 I pitted for Softs which I planned on running as long as possible but the night turned sour. I pressed X too quickly after only changing the rears from Hards to Softs. So I pit the next lap to put on full Softs.

Then my wife had an issue with my home computer and her complaints made me lose concentration and hello wall. After fixing her issue, and with a repaired car on new Softs, I set out to regain what time I had lost.

But as the night had seeming to go, so it seemed to continue. Pushing too hard I managed to find the wall, time after time. I continued to pit for Softs, effectively Disqualifying myself from any possible race result (my reasoning was to try and race my previously planned strategy to run 2 stints of Softs tyres until lap 35 for mediums)

Due to trying to hard, my fingers became sore (I have a condition) and I chose to retire.

So that was my race, I still had fun, bad luck to mij, and congrats to jasr.
I won't be able to race the enduro next week, as it starts too early for me, but I will see about racing the week after.

Hey guys

Great race on saturday night.
That pit exit is absolutely ridiculous..B/SPEC has control for to long and then crashes you into the wall on
the left of the pit exit..And if you hold your steering to the right it shoots you out into the middle of the road and into the path of oncoming traffic.

I lost 20 to 25 seconds being bork by people coming out of the pits and then late in the race B/SPEC drove me into the pit exit wall and i spun into the middle of the road and toivo teeboned me at 250 km/h destroying my car and toivo's car and cost him the win...so apologies to toivo.....

I like the track but the pit exit and B/SPEC wrecks it.
