Akasaka Grand Prix -Ciro from the Giro steals 1st!

Hang on, some lap times are posted with draft, some without. Draft and HP make a huge difference.

Also, when drafting is involved, a lot of times, ITCC races end with a 5-wide sprint across the line.

But, with 4 cars, (welcome, by the way,) there won't be as much draft to be had.

It's fine, either way. I'll hold as reserve instead then...

Andrew, I'm not sure what you're trying to get across to me, dude.

All I'm saying is I posted a time in ITCC that I done in a car you've taken around the same track. Given the bhp cap I have on it because I'm still breaking it in, I'm not very far away from the time posted, which I'm assuming is in clean air and no draft.

Also, what's the downforce levels you run in ITCC? I know you use Aero wings but do you limit the DF to minimum or not? I want to know for when I run the Ford at full whack next week when I practice...

Morten, he's okay to join, right?
I should be, although I left it late to make my mind up. Oddly, the same guy who got to the last spot before that is running a car I was checking out much earlier on.

Oh Andrew, I edited something into my last post.

So you're telling me I just wasted a matte black? just kidding, haven't colored it yet :)

I'll still keep you updated on the situation 👍

If you'll allow it I have a nice Purple color that looks good on the 430.

If this was Sparky and he was in the anti-troll mode he would color it pink. Code of conduct in the Anti-Troll Patrol :)

Edit: he hopes to be home by Monday or Tuesday.. Here's hoping, for the good of all!

Ok. I'm still figuring how this all works out. I'm gathering it runs sorta like the 24 of Lemans does where all classes are on the track and the racers have to dodge not only their competitor but driver's in other classes.

Yup. Although 3 of the 4 classes sound like they'll be close together, unlike Le Mans.

Hey, at Trial Mountain people were fast to count PCE as the slow ones, but don't forget that maybe particularly Siggers could actually run lap times not too far off the midfield BST/GGT cars (it may be by put strategy, but he had 3rd at one point). Just goes to show that anything can happen :)

They sure did fair well,

Actually, Jammy and I are discussing, I ran 5 downforce at Monza, 8 at Tokyo, and like 15 at Cape Ring South.

You're welcome to run however much downforce as you need.

What lap times have you been getting if any?

1:54.xxx, But that's just prelimenary runs on a Prebuilt tune for my track Spec SP1(Almost all the details are the same as the F430 base model) It translates pretty good as the Daytona Road Course times are identical at the same hp/pp levels. I am having issues with nose lift on uphill sections and a bit of exit oversteer.

1.54's in a BST car??? What spec you running

ITCC could probably run 1:52's, but I'll have to test that out...

Even if it was a typo and it was 1:44's.... I'm pretty sure BST could crack 42's even on Hard tyres...

Yeah, exactly. Without draft, ITCC can run 1:53.6 and up until 1:54s. It depends on tire wear, tire heat, set-up, driver talent, and how many Red Bulls they've had (Akasaka Chicane.)

So, certainly 1:52s are possible with draft. I almost got a 1:51.

Well I'm only 0.6 seconds off the target time you posted in the Ford. I'll only need to drop the downforce to 5 and I'll drop that to 0.3 seconds, and that's without taking into consideration the extra 17 bhp I have spare....

I reckon 1:52's are possible without draft, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

I'm actually 2hp over and 15kg too heavy. The tuning is here like I said it's a preliminary tune it hasn't been refined to the Scuderia's higher weight and power compared to the SP1 Track spec car.

604hp and 1335kg iirc. I have tweaked it a little though. I'll have to re check my settings. I'm a crap driver until I get with other drivers.

edit: Ignore the parts list in the link.

Why are you not running a BST spec car
