Akasaka Grand Prix -Ciro from the Giro steals 1st!

My estimate lies at 50 laps for BST/GGT/300. ITC would be something like 47 laps in that time. That's what happens when you're ten seconds per laps slower.

The equation is simple: 90 / 1.75. That's the number of laps, approximately, a car running 1:45 as an average lap could run. For ITCC, though, it's 90 / 1.90.

So, then, ITCC isn't really going to be that much slower. Not really.

How many laps do you think you'll do before pitting ?
For me it's around about 15 maybe 17 laps if i take it easy :nervous:

ITCC? We might only need 1 stop. ;) our setups are the most well-sorted setups on GTP*.

*Not really. We just don't eat through tires the way GT300 does.

Do GT300s do one pit stop every 45 minutes? From my Mazda testing in ITCC, I think I can manage that. It might be faster to do a two-stop-strategy, but I think it's possible to do a 1 stop strategy.

We can do an hour easily on RMs. I'm pretty sure Jammy no-stopped a 250km, hour 25 minute race at Daytona as well. Someone could possibly gamble on a no-stopper if it goes green the whole way.

Iirc from our V8 series I think low 42's I can do and can easily make the tyres last for around 17-20 laps, so if I can drop to 44's 45's maybe I could make them last the 25 for a 1 stopper but this is just a guesstimate :)

Gedi, I think I'm coming to BST to give you two some competition, car still tba but I have 2 or 3 candidates :)

458??

Damn  yup, those are the 3 I have been seriously considering this far.

A bit of info for all drivers. As usually it turns out whatever I try to organise is questioned just before the actual event. Situation is following: My dad (who allows me to do these events) have been hospitalised for an operation a few days ago (last week). He is done with it and we're now just waiting for him to be able to come home, get well and everything. Not that I doubt we'll be fine by September 14, but now you know what's going on in case some things regarding the setup changes :)

A postpone is good for me :) hope your dad gets well soon 👍

Glad you guys understand :)

I'm the worst at timing these events it seem. Trial Mountain clashed with Le Mans, the old Grand Valley 300 from a decade ago (it feels) turned out to also be on a week that could change.. Now that everybody is my organisation luck in a nutshell

Will it be by 1 week or 2?

I'm in the situation that I can't really tell right now. I'm positive though that we'll be able to do it on or just after schedule. At least that's what I can make of the information I have.
