First read it in News Of The World. Can't find anything on the web just yet, but here's the first few lines of the story:
Fernando Alonso will join Ferrari next season and so help McLaren pay off a huge chunk of their stunning £50million fine.
The world champion, whose relationship with McLaren boss Ron Dennis has broken down over the spying scandal which shocked Formula One, has agreed a £20m-a-year deal to join the Italian giants.
He will replace Brazilian Felipe Massa and team up with Finland's Kimi Raikkonen - leaving Lewis Hamilton as the No.1 at McLaren.
An Alonso source said : "Fernando know's he can't stay at McLaren after what's happened in the last few weeks."
"Renault, Red Bull and Toyota all made approaches. But Fernando wants to be in a winning car and if it's not McLaren it has to be Ferrari."
