Yep!That is the gig, same thing I'm saying about the EPA, these guys are croney as it gets lol.
You can cross Switzerland off that list I think. Not part of the EU and quite a small number of refugees have gone there. They are also quite restrictive as to who they keep, who gets to stay etc. and they are also seizing assets to pay for upkeep.I have no room for Jihad or Shiria law in my backyard thank you very much. Tell me how well it's working for the U.K., Switzerland and other counteries that have accepted with open arms? Yeah, generally, no thank you.

Yet they have known hot zones of Muslim refugee areas that even authorities avoid. Sounds awesome. Can I have a dose of that here please? You can cross Switzerland off that list I think. I'm not saying it's perfect, just that they've allowed far fewer refugees proportionally, with many more restrictions and rules in place, leading to far fewer issues overall during this refugee crisis.Yet they have known hot zones of Muslim refugee areas that even authorities avoid. I was talking about all of his decisions, not just this one. The whole pipeline thing from this morning is going to get ugly, you watch.
SourceDespite the fact that these groups did not take part in the review process of the project, including three public hearings held in North Dakota by the Public Service Commission, there is now a halt to construction at the pipeline site crossing the Missouri River.
I think you should wait another 10 or 20 years and study this pipeline business. I mean, how do you know it's safe? Have these things been tested? Are there any other pipelines in the U.S.? Do any of them cross a river?Which unfortunately is by people that know very little about what's actually going on. The Dakota Access Pipeline isn't on the Native American reservation, nor does it destroy anything deemed a culture resource. An archaeological team went in an did a massive study of the area. The water will also be protected since the pipeline is well beneath the ground and has emergency shut offs on either side of the river.
Also, the Native Americans didn't really seems to care when the DAPL was being discussed and didn't show up to meetings or hearings about the pipeline.

And according to this article, many of the Natives in the area didn't even want the protesters there.
Ive heard of MSHA issuing $500 fines, for not having a working light bulb in a closet. But usually when you get fined by MSHA, it's 10k+. There's infractions that can go over 1 million.Personal experience, OSHA director told their angencies in Montana to write fines and generate as much revenue as possible. A fine hits the companies Desk in weeks, but no joke, remediation reports don't show up for 18 months. In other words, your money is more important than the safety of your employees while most OSHA laws are left up to interpretation.

Check this out and much thanks to the member who's name eludes me atm.
Nope, I avoid threads like this unless there's something to share.Do you have selective reading disorder? j/k, I addressed that at length not long ago, did you miss my posts?
Not just for you but you reminded of something another member posted some time ago that I really like, so without further ado I present to you Viktor. Great stuff well worth the read 👍

I didn't read the link but I joked with my friend, they probably quadrupled production of the tunnels when they saw he was gonna win.Well here comes the plan for the Wall. I thought that was dropped? A wall isn't going to do any good unless it's 100 feet below ground as well.

Don't forget your gun.
Edit: Get ready for more protests.

Yeah, wall will do no good when they just cross under ground.I didn't read the link but I joked with my friend, they probably quadrupled production of the tunnels when they saw he was gonna win.
What is Patriotic Devotion day and how is it different in celebrating the US to Independence Day?
I hope he goes after OSHA next to restore it back to an agency that is that to save lives not a head hunter agency who's sole purpose it to fine companies.
What is also naive is turning a blind eye to the everyday concerns and fears of the common man. The common man that feels that a monolithic, elitist, remote and gargantuan conglomerate of political and business elites are busy lining their own pockets and pursuing their expensive globalist agenda on the backs of those very same common men and women. Globalism has it's problems all right, the main one being the little guy is feeling left out, like everyone is benefiting except him. His wages seem awfully stagnant but his taxes keep going up and up, his energy is more and more expensive, the price of food is rising, he's regulated up the wazoo. Worst, he's told to shut the hell up, that he doesn't know what he's talking about, that those very same elites know what is best for him and that they way he thinks is wrong, outdated, born of some notion of privilege that he's neither earned or deserved, he was simply born with it.Great stuff?
Viktor Orbán is a chilling exemplar of where all this could be heading. A nationalist leader with authoritarian, anti-free press tendencies who drastically altered the Hungarian constitution after gaining a large majority of parliamentary seats with a slim majority of the popular vote. Given the location of Hungary & its tortuous history of ethnic conflict, fascism, communism, anti-semitism, & nationalism, Orbán is stirring the pot in a dangerous way. It's ironic that Orbán's strongest suit is anti-immigrant populism, as more than 200,000 Hungarians refugees (including my own father) were taken in by other countries after 1956.
Nationalism led to decades of conflict in Europe culminating in two catastrophic global wars that left tens of millions dead & the continent devastated. Hungarians should know this better than anyone. International co-operation & global trade was the antidote to nationalism & shortsighted protectionism & has resulted in some 70 years of general peace, economic growth & unprecedented prosperity. Globalization may have its problems, but thinking that a world of "strong", nationalist, protectionist leaders each pursuing "me first" policies is going to work out well is naive in the extreme.
They still can. I'm sure you can find "America haters" from all over the world.I'm tired of America haters coming to America.
Not enough Eagles?
The way they save lives now (at least my instructor) is showing you a monthly list of all the deaths that could have been prevented if OSHA instructions were followed. And slides as well...of some graphic stuff.

Ignore the common man at your own peril. History tells us that sooner or later he's going to rise up. It's already happened with Brexit and Trump. It may continue and the EU might fall. Who knows where we'll end up.
As recent as last year, in our industry, that approach was not used and would have been welcomed. I really do hope that is a preview of things to come.
It seems there is such a bias against Trump etc all on here.
Where are the warnings for people posting gif's of trump's face with a Swastika on it ? Warnings for insinuating that trump protesters are KKK ?
Now before people's respective blood pressure shows a climb to higher altitude, I am not political and have never voted either here or in the U.K. The attempt at soliciting an emotional response with 'ra-ra right' serves only yourself.
Scaff, please delete my account. I no longer want to be part of biased moderation and dictatorship.
Trump tweeted that "the concept of global warming is a fabrication created by and for the Chinese to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive".Does anyone else fear the EPA gag order is a sign of things to come? Republicans over the last decade have had the worst voting record on environment related bills.

Speaking of China, our politicians are talking about the possibility of getting China in on the TPP. At the very least, we're going to try and go ahead with it. That may be a problem for Trump because a) it gives China the opportunity to exert more economic influence over the Asia-Pacific region, and b) Canada and Mexico are signatories to the TPP. If Trump pulls out of NAFTA, Canada and Mexico can align themselves with the TPP nations. Plus, Canada has close ties to the British Commonwealth, while Mexico will likely join Mercasor (if they haven't already). While getting some of his clothing line manufactured in China.
