pretty good actually.
here it varrys but it is pretty much as follows:
two weeks at Christmas, a month in the summer. then all the "red days"(they vary depending on the year)
I can be ill pretty much how many times I want, or when my kid is sick. A parent with a newborn can be at home for directly 10 days/child as a father. Per 1.5 year a parent can be away form work for 240days with the child.
You are insured to and from the work, and at the work without any extra cost. For about 60bucks you pay for the union if you want and the in that you have the insurance that if you get fired or something you will get paid 80% of a base sum of 1800bucks with ability to have 100% of your salary if you pay an extra fee.
@Northstar in US it seems you can not go anywhere if the woods/land is private. In some countries you can go pretty much where you want, even if someone owns the land. But of course you are not allowed to break stuff or make a mess. You leave the place as when you found the spot. It is pretty much based by mutual respect, if people would be jack asses this would not be allowed of course.
