Yep, no reason to practice on a dry track.
And based on what I witnessed, Marunda from Bee Sting Racing hates the track, but is still blazing fast around there, particularly on sectors 2 and 3.

Ive only manage to set a 2.25.4 I think I am going to be well of the pace again in this race.
Sounds good Dax, I will be primed and ready if a spot is open on Sunday morning. 👍
My car colors are Matte Red/White wheels #98
So... are you only going to tell us how many laps we'll be racing at Suzuka just before the race?
It'll be somewhere around 18 laps. 45 minutes divided by 2.4 minutes (2:24 laps) = 18.75 laps.
👍
2:24 laps most likely won't be race laps though. I'd expect to see people only running that fast if they're alone.![]()
It doesn't really make much difference what the lap times are. Even with 2:26 laps you'd do 18.5 laps in 45 minutes.
#98 is mine unfortunately. You'll have to find another.
If an independent wants to join my team for this Suzuka race as a one-off to replace Neljack, I'd appreciate it.![]()
I'd consider it, what's the pay like?
Ran a few laps in the dry = 2:23.781
In the wet, didn't even bother to complete a lap. If we're going to be racing in anything higher than 50%, it won't be a race anymore.![]()
I went out on my first lap and immediately went off in turn 1. Never spun out but it was so hard to keep it straight and I felt like I wasn't even driving on tires....just straight rims. That's worse than us driving on Comfort Hards in the dry.
