I can't stand this haptic feedback stuff on the PS5 controller (it's already broken one controller - triggers collapsed) so I usually turn this off in games. Funny then that unless I'm looking in the wrong place in the settings you CAN'T switch this off. You can turn down vibration to 0% but haptic feedback remains.

GT7 in a week or so - unlucky ACC
You can turn it off on the ps5 settings. But I agree, an ingame option would be better.

I'm with you there, I really don't like it. I get the break pedal acting up under duress but no, gas pedals don't actively fight you when you're going faster.

Everytime I mount my Wheel to my desk and play this game I come to the conclusion that I just suck at this game. :D

20 minutes races and after 15 my concentration is just gone.

It runs a lot smoother than before.

I’m currently streaming on Twitch.
Xbox Series X with Elite Controller v2

Update looks OK so far, runs much smoother and looks crisp, could be better buy ill take it compared to the ps4 version.

One thing that is annoying me is I had the square and circle button mapped to changed between mfd position and mfd Pitstop however since the update whenever I press either button it drops all revs until I change gear, strange.

The more I play the next gen version the happier I am with it.

-rubber marks in the braking zones are back (edit: weirdly enough not on every track though)
-haptic feedback and enhanced vibration feel amazing after a short adjustment period.

So far I'm happy with this next gen version - it looks and runs well. I'll be doing 1 hour 24h race on Spa in a moment, we'll see if anything odd happens.

The Polish translation is awful though, there are few typos, so many translation mistakes, texts not fitting the spaces. Too bad there seems to be no way to change it to English in-game unlike the PC version.

Can't play until tomorrow, so can someone say if there are more options regarding brake pedals? Calibration tools, for example? Things we didn't have before?
And also, judging by YouTube videos, they've done nothing to improve LOD and pop-in, or rather they've done nothing to push those things far into the distance on track. A real shame.
But nevertheless, first thing tomorrow it's wheel time!

Turns out is releases the throttle when I press the button for MFD pitstop no matter what button I assign it to, does anyone else have this issue?

On PS5 with a T150.

Where did you find it?
I went in via highlighting the PS4 version (but not clicking on it). I scrolled down to add-ons, clicked on one of them and then was given the option of game version (on the three little bars on the right). I then had the PS5 version appear. Man, they could just have it in the ''Upgraded for PS5'' section of the store.

Hope this helps :)

Watching Ollie’s stream right now. He said the FFB is off. Can anyone confirm?
Also, did all of our presets transfer over or do I need to take screenshots of everything before I upgrade?
