Ah right i was wondering why it did nothing haha. What is the pit limiter on/off option for in the pit strategy options section? As i did assign a wheel button as my pit limiter

Reading others problems has me glad I didn’t bother upgrading from “dumb” g29 with its inability to have firmware updated on console.

Sometimes the simple answer is the best!

Delete wheel profile, then shut down game. Unplug wheel then plug back in and start game.

I did this procedure and it didn't change anything. I ran a race at Oulton Park and intentionally smashed those sausage curbs at Britten's and Hislop's and barely felt anything. Before the update those would almost rip the wheel out of my hands.

Try putting gain a little higher but not too high as I've found you lose feeling if its too high. Also road effects a little higher and see if that helps. I've not got oulton so not tried that track ( although i should as its a fav of mine).

If you have Imola the curbs at Variante Alta are basically the same thing.

I just accidentaly noticed that ACC works on T-GT 2 wheel while it is in GT mode, however there's no vibrating feature, I wonder however if its going to be implemented with the furute updates though? As for comparison GT Mode on PS4 with ACC makes the wheel non-functional.

On a slightly off topic note after extensive ACC play switched on GT7 for a change and was very disappointed with the FFB feeeling that the game provides, after ACC it feels very bland and uninformative, which in turn just makes me want to stop playing the game and jump back to ACC.

Raising road effects helps it a lot. I went to 50 and got a lot of track feel back. Might need to tweak it a little from there but 25 definitely wasn't enough. I would still like a little better curb strike feel but at least overall driveability is better.

I just don't think going down a long straight the steering wheel should be completely still and that's the way it was before raising the road effects number.

In real life you really don’t feel much through the wheel but more in the seat of your pants that’s where you really feel the road that’s why I have a butt kicker on my rig you feel more in the seat to be honest the butt kicker adds so much immersion I wouldnt play without it it’s that good

Yeah I feel the same way gt7 just feels numb compared to acc in gt7 you just get resistance in the wheel no road Imperfections I’m playing more acc because of it

Any decent butkicker solution advice for consoles? I was thinking getting one but, at least from setup videos understand that it needs some additional stuff to run it, and more cables involved at that!

I have mine on ps5 very easy to set up no additional software to load it’s very much plug and play it runs off the audio go to their website buttkicker they just came out with the new version. like I said I can’t play without it. Also even better with fps games all games for that matter

So the new version works with PS5? I have the buttkicker gamer 2 and it doesn't work while using wireless headphones.

The headset did not work on my ps4 pro but on ps5 works perfect plug into my controller headset is both wireless and wired I have buttkicker gamer 2 when used with my wired headset works great the new version is probably the same but you can contact them they will talk to you customer service is great

Cool, wrote them an email with questions, if its really that simple this would be my next toy to add more immersion. And if its compatible with shooters and other games as well my kids gonna love that too.

And since you have the audio running to the headphones, the only possible way to tap into that audio is if the headphone system offers another audio output….



So, while using the headphones, BK can’t work with the PS5.

That is disappointing, but at the same time these are the console limitations we have to comply with. The only way in this case then wired headphones and a buttkicker through optical audio output splitter of sorts, damn cables I hate them.

I run my buttkicker and wired headphones plugged into the monitors headphone port.
Works fine with the supplied splitter but I use a Beringer headphone amp so I can have different volume levels in buttkicker and headphones.

Running buttkicker gamer 2 and wired headphones from monitor headphone jack via a beringer headphone amp.
The supplied splitter works well too.

It does the same thing with my GT DD Pro. Set the in game to 1080 and wheel to 1080 and it matches up every time, in every car.

Yes, I have to say now that I've tried it, it does work. My PC that contains my DOR cheat sheet is in the repair shop due to a power switch failure so I thought I would give it a shot and it does work.
