Not to be a negative nanny but I have to say again that I'm fairly sceptical about the performance on console. Even on PC the optimization is mediocre, simply due to UE4 it would seem. I predict many posts complaining about just that.
But, I was wrong about it not coming to console so let's hope I'm wrong about this as well.

People always complain & never satisfied with what they get.
As long as the progmmer has done their best I be happy.
All I know it will be better than PC2 & AC

Agreed, even if it is on par with Assetto Corsa on Xbox one X in regards of looks and performance i will be happy, just looking forward to all the extra improvements and immersion.

We also have the next gens to look forward to, as at worst the game will perform better and at best there will be a next gen software patch.

I was watching Kie25 stream this game and I asked about frames per second on console. He replied with 30 on the oldPS4, 60 on the pro. I own a ps4 from 2013, so that is disappointing but expected. I wouldn't be surprised if it's only 60 fps on the PS5 as well.

Either way it will be fine, PC2 runs fine on X with all settings active.

I think the old ac is supposed to be 60 fps on the old consoles, but it's not as smooth and consistent as GTS from my experience. WRC 8 runs at 30 fps, great game but I really disliked that aspect of it. 30 fps in acc might be a deal breaker for me until I get some better hardware.

Ac on my std ps4 runs smooth and clean, as long as you set no more than 14 cars in a race maybe. Looks 60fps or just about, even in replays.

Watching Aris video dated 18th, the pc & console won't be cross platform.
He did seemi mentioned the amount of cars but didn't make it clear the amount of cars in multi player.

Can this game be one of the best Sims on PC and Console? I don't like Forza or the GT games anymore. I want that true Sim Racing. I'm hoping this game can bring that. I'm playing PCars, and i can not wait, till the release for this game.

Im hyped as well. I jumped back on to GT Sport last week (after a few months of PCARS 2) to play some split screen with my boy and on the first lap I honestly thought my G29 was broken because there was no FFB and the car felt so vague. I know its meant to be better with the TGT but support for the G29 is terrible. ACC should be much better.

When my wheel broke about 5 months, i took a break from Racing. I'm buying a Thrustmaster tmx wheel in the coming weeks. I'm playing Pcars with a controller at the moment. I'm doing okay, but i want that wheel.

I know its meant to be better with the TGT but support for the G29 is terrible. ACC should be much better.

Really happy it’s getting ported to console, you guys will love it.

Performance? I guess we’ll know soon enough I plan on picking up a PS4 copy to show support and check out the port.

It manages 60fps on my sons 1050ti at medium/low settings which is not that far off from a standard Xbox/ps4.

His PC is not powerful enough to capture decent video while running ACC. I could cell phone it but would be just as poor quality.

The frames are quite smooth but keep in mind smooth frame rates are largely CPU dependent.

I’m quite sure Kunos will have to hold back some graphics assets to achieve a good port but suspect the physics will be left alone.

I wonder if Kunos can hit it out of the park because they dont have to worry about differing specs like PC, and add the fact UE4 Seems to work well on console. Rocket league looks so much better and smoother now than it did a few years ago. I think that's UE3 though.

In the 2019 season, the F-Type GT4 competed. https://www.britishgt.com/cars?filter_season_id=6 That model hasn't appeared outside of British GT.
So, I wonder if the Jag will be in, or Kunos just include the 2020 season cars only.
