Nice. What's the Performance DLC?
The PRESTIGE pack contains the following 9 cars:

  • Audi A1 S1
  • Audi R8 V10 Plus
  • BMW M4 Coupe
  • Corvette C7 Stingray
  • Ferrari 488 GTB
  • Ford Mustang 2015
  • Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera
  • Nissan GT-R Nismo 2015
  • Toyota GT86

The PERFORMANCE pack contains the following 3 cars:

  • Ferrari 488 GTB
  • Audi R8 V10 Plus
  • Corvette C7 Stingray

Two difference pre-order promotions, not sure anyone would go for the Performance DLC over the Prestige DLC myself, and I think most who per-ordered got the Performance pack included (I know I did).

I have both of them in my Prestige Edition

Yep the Prestige pack had the three cars from the Performance pack included in it.

So those (like me) who got the Performance as a pre-order can get the Prestige DLC for the missing six cars, those who didn't get a pre-order bonus will get the Prestige for the nine cars they don't have. Then finally a few odd folk who only want the three cars in the Performance DLC and don't care about the other six can get the Performance DLC (which is don't think will be that many at all).

Are you sure the 3 cars from the Performance Pack are available separately? I think it's either the Prestige Pass/Pack (9 cars) or Performance Upgrade (6 remaining cars if you already have the Performance Pack installed). I could be wrong but that's the only way that makes sense to me.
No idea, I'm just quoting the Playstation Blog and speculating - could well be totally wrong.

Well the Nismo and R8 are certainly nice to drive, the Corvette sounds like a wet fart, and the others I either haven't driven yet or didn't much like. Looking forward to some Mazda action though.

It will be nice that we'll be aligned finally with regards to content (members of the glorious master race and console peasants) ;)

At least on this forum, the only people I really see using that kind of language are console players claiming that this is what all PC players think of console players, which isn't true. Most PC players on here were console players not long ago and have no reason to think lesser of you guys.

...I just see this trope get thrown around a lot and on GTP I just don't think it's accurate. On other forums, sure, you'll see that kind of language, but here we're just a bunch of former consoler racers trying to share info and explain why things are the way they are and what you can/cannot expect from AC.

 Bad dog!! BAD BAD DOG!!!! :irked:

The Corvette was the worst experience I had in AC so far: very dull and lifeless.

The rest of the cars in the Prestige pack are great to drive. Each has its own character and like to be driven in their own way. In fact, it's the perfect display of how good Assetto Corsa is in making each car different and special.

Everyone should get this pack, especially if they like road cars.

All clear! Thanks! :)

I enjoy driving the Corvette! :)

I'm reading the Prestige Pass DLC as the full 9 cars for people who didn't get any pre order cars and the Performance Pack UPGRADE DLC as the 6 extra cars for the PSN download version that had the 3 extra cars in it.

I hope so. As I said above mine is just speculation.

I must be more hungover this morning than I thought, looks quite blurry. :boggled:  I recognize most of them, and presuming these are the cars for the first pack it looks like a very nice pack indeed with a bit of everything. That sexy beast on the right will be the first one I drive. I had the pleasure of seeing it in person at the IMS Museum this may and left lots of drool marks on her.

I got that photo from /r/AssettoCorsa -- supposedly, Marco posted that on Facebook and it is indeed the contents of the first Porsche DLC pack. :D

EDIT: Oh yeah...and it IS intentionally blurry. You're not quite THAT hungover.

From left to right it seems like they're the Moby Dick, Cayman GT4 Clubsport, 991 of some sort, 918, 718 Cayman, 911 930 Turbo, and that amazing machine you posted.

Okay. That's quite the news. Checked my Porsche book and here we go...

1st: 935 (Moby Dick)
2nd: Propably a 991 RSR. Look at the front, it seems to have a Michelin branding like this one:

3rd: 718 Cayman OR Boxtser OR Cayman GT4
4th: 918 Spyder
5th: 911 Carrera S 991-2
6th: It's a classic 911 race car, maybe Carrera RSR 2.8 from `73
7th: 917/30 Spyder Can-Am

But the second car is hard to tell! What do you guys think?

Think we're going to need something with significantly lower set headlights than those two.

Merely feigning interest though. I struggle to care about cars at all, until I'm in them. Still, even then I don't care what they look like.

GT4 Clubsport also has a Michelin logo and it also has the yellow livery on the side.

Looks more like this one I think, with the yellow on the back like in the blurry picture. Is this a race prepped car or a track based street car? Hopefully it's race based since the only other modern race car in that photo is the 919 (as far as I can tell anyway. Either way, seems like a nice mix of modern/classic road and race cars.
