ACU Dubai Street v0.9
Released April 2020 into a strange, strange world.
- Converted from GRID Autosport by ACU
- AI, track limits etc by Liquid Sky Man
- Water, lights, shader tweak config by Sliderman
- Choppers and dynamic balloons by Mascot (blimp model by LilSki/TBerg)
- Testing by the team above plus Fanapryde
Check Race Department, F1C and GT Planet for updates to the track and billboard skins, configs, balloons etc.
To do: animated flags/trees, audio reverb, animated track objects.
Thanks as always to Ilja (x4fab) and the rest of the Custom Shader Patch team.
Wake up, get Content Manager, and donate generously.
Above all: stay safe, have fun. Be nice.

The Dubai-themed billboard skin shown in the images will be uploaded to RD shortly.
This track is next level and a new standard for everybody. The bar keeps getting higher and higher and even the professional studios will soon be unable to compete with these. Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. And to see who all collaborated on this track is also a little wonder in itself. Rarely you see something like this.

Has anyone got a link for the FM7 Rio and Prague tracks, I have tried downloading them but the links everywhere are broken apart from a Rio build from 2 years back.

F1 2014 Mod 0.5

View attachment 909927
This is a recreation of the 2014 Formula 1 Season powered by Real Series Simulation, who originally created the mod for rFactor. It features the car models of every team plus the revised Caterham CT05.

Every car offers:
- functioning ERS system
- animated DRS
- steering wheel displays and LEDs
- rear ERS and pit indicator lights

All sounds from the individual engine manufacturers have been ported via FMOD.
When using Custom Shaders Patch, due to the TyresFX extension dynamic tyre compound change is available.

This is not a final release, since there still are some things unaccounted for; for instance no driver skins are available yet. For the time being you can use skins from previous or later seasons, which are supported by the Kunos base driver.

Just gave it a try. I'd say it's a crazy good mod to drive, grafically it's not the best thing ever, but as far as the feel of driving is that good, who cares.. difficult to drive, satisfying to tame. I really suggest to try this little mod, if u don't really care too much about the visual.

Pretty big files, so let me know when you have them (lack of space on my Mega Drive)...

Btw: for people using track description, I posted an update including the new Dubai.
It has been sitting on my HD for so long, finally release was possible :D

I search for a fix too, I think it's a problem with a part of interior with content manager, this part is configure as a moving part ... But I don't know how to fix this ...

Update from Dan Gaina to his RX7 FD.
(very nice car indeed)

Updated FD, it's close to V1.0 now but I managed to:
Fix ALL animation, steering and shifting (reported by Stephen Brown)
Corrected stitching colors (reported by Fran Poje)
Cockpit_LR dimension (reported by Fran Poje)
Mirror stretch (reported by Fran Poje)
Interior shaders and plastic parts (vents were leather instead of plastic)
Redone subframe (some parts were clipping into ground)
Fixed ai.ini (Ai could not shift properly)
Reduced wheel horse power to 230 at the wheels (reported by Tyler Sanders)
Redone Tyres, new model and texture
Added texture
Added spoiler to LOD_B
Added ext_config.ini to make two version, wing and wingless. Also added reverse lights.

Edit: I've found this cool app that creates the beep that all RX7 have.

It enhances the realism of the mod, now I can't drive without it

Just a guess, but when this has happened in the past, it's usually due to a too low version of CSP.

!!RELEASED!! April 12 2020;
AC Legends 1973 Porsche RSR 2.8
Of the 1,580 original RS's built, only 55 became the RSR 2.8 race cars. For racing, the Porsche factory introduced code M491, the Renn Sport Rennen (RSR). Porsche took 55 RSH body shells off the line before the engines and transmissions had been fitted and moved them down to a separate factory called Werk 1. This was Porsche’s racing shop and they chose this line to ensure an extremely high standard of preparation for their racing clients.
The 2.8 RSR looks different from a standard 2.7 RS because of its massive fender flares, central oil-cooler air intake, 'duck-tail' wing and ultra-wide Fuchs wheels. While the wider wheels and arches combined with the low air dam to give the RSR a much more aggressive look, the conversion process was much more than just a bunch of tweaks, it was a serious engineering exercise.

Got this car, drove it. Like Mac Ten's underestimated 1973 SVRA 911 only better handling. Lacks gear-ratio choices. Fierce grip, great brakes.

RX7 FD '97 by Dan Gaina

Updated RX7, it's still at 0.9 stage but I've managed to fix:
Driver position
Hands position
Redone 100% interior AO maps and textures
Added colored leather
Fixed engine power
Fixed normals on exterior
Added seatbelts
Fully working instruments
and many more fixes that I don't remember.
As always, I hope you like it!

When Matasaburo Maeda designed this car, there was--deliberately--not a single straight line on it; it was all curves (which, in my estimation, is why it's so damn beautiful). Most mods don't honor this (neither did Mazda; they botched up a few mods of their own with ugly steel-ruler lines). This one does, and props for that!
