I was wondering if someone might have their AC settings nailed down that they can share that provides the best performance and quality using CSP with PP enabled.

I can't seem to find a happy medium between settings for Nvidia Inspector, Nvidia Control Panel, CPS and AC's graphics setting with PP. Forget about SOL as I know that would take at least my FPS into negative territory. I'm fine with low settings but hate that I have to have most CSP features turned off. I'm not asking for too much, just the ability to race with 12-15 cars with a decent FPS and visual settings.

It changes for me but then again I'm using a custom preset in my showroom - hang on I'll check and see if it works when you use default settings.

I could be wrong, but I think ballast can only be added on a server. Lately there's been people on this forum BOP'ing cars, maybe they'll have a proper answer for you.

BoP can be done super easily in content manager when picking the cars you're able to add ballast and engine restrictor

So when you look at fuel consumption for NA 2020
RSS gets a consumption of 0.002952638. Apex 2020 has 0.038. A tad off.

The real life 2020 has a mile per gallon of 1.92. Converted that equals to 0.8162759 km per liter.

The RSS shows in fuel_cons.ini a 1.25 kmpl so that's off as well. If this setting is cut and dry as it says.
The Apex km per litre is 2.
I'm not certain how this setting translates but seems to be off on both if using real world numbers.

I’ll get it out as soon as I can, just awaiting for a few things to come into place. By the way I haven’t touched the road mesh at all so it will be still as bumpy, if that’s what you mean?
Take your time mate :)
Perhaps we don't got the same version, i think i got the terra21 one, yeah, on my side, it's like sonoma before recent rework, it's really bumpy, really hard in indycar

Some more details, from our great drivers from the past. I adjusted some (driver_suit), which were made available (by Legion, if I'm not mistaken), and did what I can, at Matra and McLaren, I think it's a good tribute.

For F1/Single seaters lovers, some news at Legions.

If possible, who made these models. Could you make some variants? Lotus 49B, without the upper front wing ?, Lotus 49C, without the rear wing? Lotus 49C, with the version of the Monaco airfoil? I think you can make an almost complete 1968 Mod, with these variations. The 1968 Honda, as well as the BRM,, I intend to make the skins, based on the Ferrari of 1968, very similar. Since already thank you. If everything goes well, I'll finish it at the weekend (50's and 60's). The 1969 mod, waiting to find out if the friend who made the skins makes it available to share, or do some modifications myself. See you.

I'm not the author - just did a quick edit to show ya. You'll have to ask Legion.

iks
I wonder if anyone would try to make this for AC (or any other sim)?

Engine was a V8 turbo.

I'm more of an rFactor 2 person. I put in a request for Chief Wiggam on the rF2 forum to see if he can do this car. He did the 1985 Indycar mod. He send me a very very early preview of this car in 3DS Max, but I think that got shelved as he's been working on the 1983 Brabham F1 car.

I would love to see this car in a game at some point, along with the other cars that it would have raced against

I know pp filters are a matter of personal taste and are influenced by many things, like monitor and graphic card, but this new a3pp version from today is just wow to my eyes. Was a long time user of this filter, but with sol 1.5 it fell behind. But it's definitely back. The colors, the brightness, the sharpness,... is just on point on my monitor. Especially in the evening or at night.

Assettoland has recently hosted on their website the 2018 Alpine A110 Premiere.

So many things wrong with it, which compelled me to release an important patch for it.

Thank you, I would prefer none of the cardboard pseudo crowd on any track, to me, they look awful.
Most pseudo racing/rally banners, flags, etc... on any road track or hill climb should go to. The best example is that latest mod to highland. Who knew it looked so good under the cheap make up. I even wish the cars and tents still in the middle of fields would be gone too.
Race track without zombies crowd are also nicer to me.
The remove crowd option in CM works some how, but I would welcome a more radical eradication of crowds every where.

To remove the cars in the infield.
Have you experimented with world detail settings? "Settings\Assetto Corsa\Video\World Detail"

I have a video preset with world detail set to High instead of Max, and that's enough to remove most track side objects. I use that preset when I'm doing hot laps.

To remove tents, flags and other things, just lower that setting more.

WorldDetail.jpg

Note that the spectators would still be here in high detail, but are gone in hot laps when "Settings\CSP\Track Adjustments\Spectators" is set to Adjust, (or OFF, obviously)
