I'm not the author - just did a quick edit to show ya. You'll have to ask Legion.

That's right, fantastic !! Only the version of Graham Hill's victory in Monaco 1968 would be missing. Perfect !!

The friend who made the skins, which I used in Mod 1969, released, I'm already passing it on to WeTransfer. I am now waiting for the friend "RenaultDJRTP", to give me his email, and then he puts it on GoogleDrive for anyone who wants to download it. The only problem is that the MatraMS80 in the mod, which I don't remember where I downloaded it, the car's rear view mirrors, like the virtual mirror, don't work, and I don't know how to solve it.

We have another fantastic update Mini from Pessio.

I love this car, but the new version seems to have a strange driver model, resulting in the safety belts being to far in front. If I change my position so that they are out of sight, I'm almost sitting on the steering wheel...

A good soul told me to put this in the car config file:

[MODEL_REPLACEMENT_0]
HIDE = CINTURE_ON_SUB0

That works, but obviously now AI is also driving without seat belts...

ACFan had a sound mod which drastically improves the engine sound ( https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/urd-detroit-egt-ford-gt-gte-2018-sound-mod.29446/ ) however while braking the buzzing sound is barely audible.

I was wondering how I can increase the volume of this buzzing sound in the mix? Im guessing something in the GUIDs file but im not too sure of how to change it.

You can adjust individual 'channel' volumes within car's audio file by adding these lines to the car's config file (in assettocorsa/extensions/config/cars) and changing them as you please.

[AUDIO_VOLUME]
ENGINE_EXT = 1.0
ENGINE_INT = 1.0
GEAR_EXT = 1.0
GEAR_INT = 1.0
BODYWORK = 0.1
WIND = 1.0
DIRT = 1.0
DOWN_SHIFT = 1.0
UP_SHIFT = 1.0
HORN = 1.0
GEAR_GRIND = 1.0
BACKFIRE_EXT = 1.0
BACKFIRE_INT = 1.0
TRACTION_CONTROL_EXT = 1.0
TRACTION_CONTROL_INT = 1.0
TRANSMISSION = 1.0
LIMITER = 0.1
TURBO = 1.0
RAIN_EXT=1.0
RAIN_INT=1.0
WIPER_EXT=1.0
WIPER_INT=1.0

Alternatively, you can add the same lines to the config within the car's folder 'extension' folder (if it has one), or create a new folder called 'extension' and put this file in it:

Thanks "GzeroD", having no command of English, and generally using the translator, sometimes when I type, a few more or less letters come out. Thank you for trying to make Lotus 49C "variants". Maybe when I get a working version of 3dMax, I’ll try to tinker. Who knows, maybe at least add or remove an airfoil, or air intake, and maybe change a part of a car for another, but starting from a car already ready. We'll see more later. Thanks again.

Just done the 4 skins from 2014 for the URD EGTS Aston, the ones that were out there already were pretty shocking (sorry if anyone here made them) so they were long overdue a reskin

I came into AC on the PC late so I bought the pack with this car and man the lack of skins for it is terrible, really glad to see someone putting up some new stuff for these cars. Hope you continue with some of the other cars from that pack.

Not even a mention of the broken wrists. Yeee-ouch.

Hey everyone. Need help from the experts. When I click F5 within the game to get the free camera, I'm locked on the car and can only circle it. I used to be able to use the arrow keys to move around. I must have done something to lock the view to the car. Anyone know how to set it back to a free camera?

Free camera should be the F7 key.

If you're using CM, Camtool 2 has been added. While in a session, select the app on the right panel, then click "free camera" at the top of the app.

I do have camtool but have it unselected in content manager most of the time. I enabled went in and did what you suggested, but as soon as I did that, I lost the function that blurs everything but the car as in the video I attached to the above message. I removed camtool and went back into a replay and am still stuck to just circling around the car. Weird I lost the ability to move around, but I can zoom in and out so I guess it will have to do. Just curious why it's locked to the vehicle now.

Got it and sorry guys. I just remembered that I had to do a reinstall recently and that the edit to the camera_onboard_free.ini file would be undone. Went back in and set SPHERICAL_COORDS=0 again and am good to go. Sorry for not figuring that out before posting the question guys. Aack! :dunce:

That apex indy car is fantastic. I have the RSS one too....which is great..but for me, apex might just have it by a whisker.
Seems to have come out of nowhere?
Really? Interesting. I was just thinking the complete opposite. It is more an f1 car, than an indy one. It is extremely too fast, it turns better than even some f1 cars and has better grip than most f1 cars. That is far from realistic IMO. The fact that it is almost 10 sec faster a lap around road America that other indy cars tells me that something is off here. And it looks awful compared to rss or vrc mods. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's not a bad mod, but the competition in this perticular field is the toughest. All the "big boys" had a go at indy, and that are some high standards for a "newcomer".

If I would rank the cars, and this is my personal list, I would go:
1. VRC 1999
2. RSS 2020
3. VRC 2018
4. and 5. Apex 2020 and Urd 2012

Finally!
You stay away from sim racing a mere 2 odd years, and when you return you have about 800 pages to read up on...
But I finally made it! Just took me about 7 weeks or something....
Anyway, just wanted to say you've created a really nice community here, and I really appreciate all the work you guys are doing!👍

I also think the grip level is too high!
In addition, the front wheels do not move when steering! Am I the only one?

Fair play, i'll be honest i have very little interest in Indy racing so for me i don't get the speed thing, it just felt really nice.
I tend to look on stuff like this as just on feel and it felt great blasting around.

Speed and grip could be changed anyway I suppose.
Only stuff i get funny on is when it just feels like rubbish as that is no fun for me. I am easily pleased as rarely will i go check the speeds or laptimes of real life.

No, of course you are right. The most important thing is fun to drive and that it feels right. I always advocate for personal taste. Wasn't bashing your opinion, just making conversation, as i was doing the comparison yesterday myself. And where else to get quality nerd AC conversation than GTP. :)

Is it possible to ajust FFB for a car?
I know you can ajust global FFB in menu setting outside a race.
I know also that you could ajust for a car the FFB with in game applet during race and save setting for it.
But my problem is that in the menu setting (global setting) i'm at 0 for abs
And for this car, in game i'm at 0 too for abs but the abs is still too strong!
When i brake, it shake all my desk, everything fall of my table! :)
Is it possible to go under 0 ? or edit ini, i don't know
