Hey all, I've made another Colorado track. This time it's High Plains Raceway, a small track in the middle of nowhere.

Fun track and good looking too. đź‘Ť

The logo for it is now included in my new "track logo" upload on RD: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/track-logos-for-cm-start-screen.31373/

Hi all,

Here's a quick and dirty set of track cameras for Legion's Le Mans 1985. I'd tried converting this version myself several times, and crashed and burned... I'm just crazy happy that Legion/GzeroD converted, and decided to release this track! Thanks very much - a significant portion of my life is certain to be spent enjoying your labours!

Just rename the file from cameras_2.txt to cameras_2.ini and drop it in your le mans 85 data folder.

Badgerman

Hi I have done what you said but no camera for replay. Tried all cameras. Could the file be sent in a folder format
so I can open and drop it into the data file. Many thanks.

I appreciate the work that anyone puts into a mod, and Guerilla has delivered some pretty good GT4 mods. Overall this is a nice, general AC mod. It's very similar to the other M6 mods I have, and if anything it's more "fun" (easy) to drive.

ACC Mod?

I assume that because this has the "ACC" designation, that this is still an early version, and more updates are coming for this mod. While I think this is good in its' current state, I don't consider this an "ACC" mod yet. If "ACC" means something else in reference to this mod, then maybe I misunderstood what it actually means.

The other EXCELLENT ACC mods that have been offered by the GTPlanet Modding Team, MasterKey, Whistelblower39, Element1999 and others feature:

- The edgy and challenging feel of the GT3 cars actually featured in ACC. They are challenging to drive, as a GT3 car should be, but once you learn how each one handles, the challenge is worth it. They have a "rough and rigid" feel (even the M6) that throws you around, and these simulated versions do an excellent job of conveying that.

- The physics and force feedback seem to be perfectly matched to the actual ACC versions, and brought over to AC extremely well.

- The 3D models have been converted extremely well, and look almost identical to the ACC models, with correct materials, normal maps, and shaders. They actually look better than most of the Kunos cars, especially in the interior.

- They all feature animated safety nets and wipers, that react to bumps and as the car accelerates.

Again, I appreciate the work and effort to bring this, another amazing GT3 car from ACC, over to AC. I look forward to this M6 being updated so it can be considered an "ACC" mod. If Guerilla needs any help further developing this mod, maybe some of the other talented modders that released the other mods could contribute and collaborate to make this another excellent "ACC" release.

It was removed because you literally just uploaded a pay mod for us all to download. We’re asked to a) not ask for pay mods here and b) not upload any pay mods here. The original F1Classic forum got taken down because SimDream (the same group that this Rebellion mod is from) filed a complaint about pay mods of theirs being uploaded to their forums.

GTPlanet is a much, much larger organisation than F1Classic, posting pay mods for all to have could bring serious repercussions to them, so don’t.

On behalf of all of us well versed in this kind of thing, we recommend that you don’t post this again, and delete your current post too.

If someone really wants that mod, or any other edited pay mods you’ve made in the past, they can just send you a private message instead. That is very much allowed.

Thank-you for your understanding :)

I understand I am sorry. I heard some people were posting RTM mods here so I thought it was ok for pay mods. I'm surprised simdream has the power to do that for basically charging people for conversions.

Note: I'm still seeing the link, both the original (or you're referring to a previous post), and in you're quote (I've made the same mistake).

[EDIT] Okay, I see the links have been removed.

This is just a minor thing I am finding with Several of the recent tracks, not just this one. I am noticing the side lines are not that good if anybody is doing any serious AI racing which the AI cars will go off the track or hit walls, etc and then retire from races. The graphics have been great on all the tracks and are fun tracks to drive. Again, just what i notice when doing some quick 10 lap races.

Thanks LiquidSkyMan. I am making a general statement also on other tracks I have tried about the side lines not just @__EASY__ tracks. I have the developer mode turned on and I can see what the track side lines/borders look like. This is not a big deal, but doing AI quick races you may see on certain tracks the AI do weird things, again this only effects AI cars.

As I have time, I will try to create new side lines on tracks that may have problems. Doesnt take long to do them. Have to go back and try the tracks again.

I think that when they say ACC mod - where did it come from 3D model. Just as it is done from FM7 or GTsport. And how well the conversion will be done depends on the talent and interest of the moder. It would be great to get a complete GT3 grid from ACC, with high-quality physics and other bells and "whistles", but so far we only see individual transformations made by different people that require improvements. In addition, some modders began to encrypt kn5, which eliminates the possibility of improving the mod ...

That is, I want to say that saying ACC does not mean "high compliance with quality standards", but only the origin of the 3D model.

Let me understand, so you are saying the people that mention ACC converts are really not created from the ACC game. Just curious, cause I dont see and Car folders for people/modders to grab the data from in the ACC game to do the converts. Am I correct? Same goes with the tracks.

So far, for all the other mods listed as "ACC," those that produced them put a lot of effort into "matching" the physics and features of the original ACC versions. Though they may or may not have used any of the data from ACC, the end result is that those AC mods (except for this latest M6 mod) virtually offer the same "experience" and "feel" that they do in ACC. If the modders of those excellent ACC conversions to AC weren't able to use the ACC data, then their conversion, and their ability to match the physics and features, from a newer simulator (ACC) to an older one (AC) is even more impressive.

Ah gotcha, no prob, I know what U mean about the side lines, lots of mod tracks do need the limits re-done.

And rather beautifully perverse, I just got the car from the post you quoted.

I'm new here, so first wanted to say hello :D

I have two questions

1) I've done a custom championship for with the BMW 320i STW-BTCC grid and noticed that the fastest AI car (set to 100) is 2-3 seconds slower than me on all the tracks I had in my custom champ (in practice, qualy and race). It's definitely not my driving as when racing same tracks with vanilla (or other mods) cars I was no where near the leaders on that AI level. Is there an update for this mod anywhere that would improve AI?

2) Are there any mod cars or packs with Brazilian stock cars? Or any other Brazilian series (to make a fine use of all the Brazilian tracks). I couldn't find much in this area
