1. with LightningFX & ExtraFX disabled loading the mentioned cars is canceled
2. log.txt attached
3. thank you for your help
Its not displaying your exact error.
I will bet 99.9% it is CSP related (since it has to do with lights)

so, (you need to learn a troubleshooting method)

Disable CSP (uncheck the [x] Active in General Patch Settings)
retry
if crash, send log

Hi, is there any Mod of this beauty ?

Tony SSS what do you think to post something about this?

nissan_skyline_super_silhouette

Added some wiper animation working with all CSP version no need to add info inside ext_config.ini and Rain FX effects.

Wiper info about maximum open angle taken from this video:

Just given also latest wipers release to @Shokeus for his Porsche Carrera CUP (Working without ext_config.ini) added some shaking effect from 200km/h and maximum effect over 230km. New TV Camera Car and Dashcam.

@flyingsaucer

Hi my "old" freund :D

I dont have the car mod, but nice to have such breeze of reality when it comes to wipers angles. Although in Assetto, external and internal views have different FOVs and it needs to be adjusted according to simple reasoning anyway.

BtW. Since you had opportunity to test Wolf's Lancia Delta about a week before release, why didn't you notice him about rear wiper not wiping off the rain?(and the wiper is monstrous).

But maybe it's just me :D. And it doesn't work only for me ;) right?

I've decided to update the graffitis a bit. All graffitis now look a bit more worn (transparency change), some blurry graffitis removed (some of them still exists and in general there are still a lot of graffitis on the track) and the asphalt texture has been darkened to properly represent the real road. It's not a freshly repaved Nordschleife and it's most definitely not a recreation of the 2019 repavement (that'd require model changes and a lot of texture mapping). It's simply to make it look more real with the original AC graphics.
Please ignore the winter look that I have installed for Nordschleife, that is not part of my edits, you can find that on racedepartment.

In case anyone is interested in the roads alone and the graffiti mod, you can find the textures here:

You can combine it with the summer / autumn / spring / winter mod if you want.

Who is interested in making 2020 billboards for nords cause this track I think is outdated

... 1900th page, 100th post LOL :D

BRABHAM BT62 OFFICIAL MOD yesterday: (just after adding working wiper)

And today, things got even better:
csp-167-bt62-digi1.jpg

csp-167-bt62-digi2.jpg

also fixed side mirrors texture assignment.

@hellothankyou

Hello "hellothankyou" my young friend! :D

First all thanks a lots for your wiper. :D Looking at the wiper, just a small observation, perhaps it could be better to rotate the axis of the brush in an opposite way respect the movement/direction of the arm. When the arm is going from the center to the right I think that also the blade need to bend. What do you think about it? Now it seems like an unnatural movement. It looks like rubber is being dragged in reality it bends too because blade bends.

About Lancia DELTA I've never tried Wolf24h's DELTA a week before :D. I've only tried JakubP physics on another MOD.:D

Look at my wipers created for @Shokeus Porsche Carrera CUP. We are here only to learn, you know I like so much I'm amateur.:D

We are not here to compete. But simply to help this wonderful forum. There are so many modders here who do a lot for this community and they share knowledge to help others.

P.S:
Du weißt, ich habe großen Respekt vor dir. Ich denke nur, dass einige Ihrer Verhaltensweisen oft kindisch sind.
You know I have a lot of respect for you. I just think that some of your behaviors are often childish.

each time a new car is posted, the same guys asks if it's made from scratch and if not, these gestapo agents report it. Personally I won't recommend RD at all.

It´s not just about ethics, same thing happens here when someone asks for a paid mod; there are TOS and those who enjoy the services these pages provide do well to keep the sites out of trouble

Vehicle physics... arrgh!

What to do when a models wheelbase is .3m (12in) longer than the specification?

Greatly fudge the physical values?
Greatly fudge the graphics?

Does a model always need a BASEY value? (can it be 0?)

Why does inputting the actual CG of a vehicle always cause severe disruption of the physical model (and suspensions)?

What is the relationship of drop height, susp-rod and suspension points?
(Drop height should be the downward vertical distance of a fully unloaded suspension at the spindle when the frame is supported [like when changing a tire] from bottom on car)

Come on boys (and girls)... lets get physical!

Thank you as well for your great work on historic tracks! The cars really rock @ Spielberg74.... Any chance we're gonna see your Crystal Palace soon? :)
The C2 will re-appear with fresh bodywork soon-ish in the upcoming GT-C60's pack ;)

Ooooh! Crystal Palace! The GPL ver lasted longer than the real-world Palace. No, wait a sec - Wiki sez it lasted 85 years (1951-1936). Well it seems that long since I drove it in Dave Kaemmer's hit.

That looks brilliant!
If these are all fairly well balanced so they only really differ in looks, and are usable with a wheel then these will go front and center on the server.
I can't decide if I want to race on full size circuits or Mario Kart sized circuits with these tabletop miniatures...
Baby Capri was born...Physics, Camera then post...

Well, upon further inspection we have a lunch problem. All the .ini files are encrypted so....

i cannot take the awesome physics and use them - unless someone has a decryper. for now, i will use other physics.

Big up to Bazza for getting v3.0 out here brilliant job lad. And how about Lemans 24 by sega in 1997 @FileMissing? All the cars from that game are in: Mazda 787B, Sauber C9m Porsche 911 GT1 (1996), Ferrari F40 (not the GTE but closest is the LM), F1 GTR and R33 GTR LM along with the bonus car: 917K. Including the alternate liveries for these cars. If you didn't know how to get them you click break and one of the view buttons to get the alternate liveries they were: Sauber C9 in all black, Mazda 787B in the white Mazdaspeed, Porsche 911 GT1 (1996) is also an all-black, Mclaren F1 GTR had 2 alternates, the West and the Harrods, Ferrari F40 GTE with the igol (enna SRL red was the main), and finally the blue no.22 from 1995 on the R33 GTR LM. And the Lemans 1991 - 1996 is made. Win-win

It's coming...
However I still have some grid slots to fill and some skins to find.
Capture.PNG

Here is what we have so far.
Mazda 787B - (Kunos)
F1 GTR - (Kunos)
917k - (Kunos)
Sauber C9m - (Kunos)
R33 GTR LM - ??
Ferrari F40 - ??
Porsche 911 GT1 (1996) - ?? (placeholder '97 in use)

I still need to find suitable mods for the remaining 3 vehicles, any suggestions?

@RMi_wood
That is the great track for some online Arcade antics, I'll add it to the rotation with some miniatures.
Is that a miniature Fiat500 in your screenshot?

Does a model always need a BASEY value? (can it be 0?)

Why does inputting the actual CG of a vehicle always cause severe disruption of the physical model (and suspensions)?

It seems that BASEY is the height of CoG from the center of the wheel.

Then :

Front CoG Height = Front Wheel Radius + Front BASEY
Rear CoG Height = Rear Wheel Radius + Rear BASEY

:D And a black magic formula I still can't understand :

Actual CG height = (FWR + FBasey) + (RWR + Rbasey)) / CG_LOCATION%

Apparently when changing CG_LOCATION, GRAPHICS_OFFSET needs also to be tweaked.

Been looking for a decent 1994 era CART mod, and haven't been successful :/
If Race Sim Studio ever made a 'Formula America's 1994' mod, I would be in heaven. The idea of an H-Shifter Indycar with RSS's fantastic quality sounds so great,

There is a SimDream 1995 version out there, but it's a pay mod and it's not worth money :(
