Very nice! Love the sound, physics and model. Is it possible to change the Tcam view so it is higher and further backwards? This will make it more like the Mclaren 89 mod. I took it out for a spin at Spa. Lap after lap after lap :D

I like the 944, Cayman GT4 and 2.7 RS. The other are nice too but there is just to much to test.
No we cant changing the angles, we are using the same angle system as kunos mak corp havent done that

But in the Mak Corp F1 it it looks really different. Anyway, the cocpit view of the F300 is of very good use. So I'll stick to that. Can't wait for the sound again tonight!

@brownninja97 Tried the F300 and your tip does help (turning down the steering assist), for better FFB. I'm testing a combination of pulling the car's FFB up to 130 or more, and putting the SA to about 50.

Car is very nervous though, it wants to kill me every lap. Saw a comment there was something wrong with the diff settings? Needs some setup work to make it driveable here.

Other than that, looks and sounds great!

Yeah i made a few mistakes, the diff is the small one and thats already patched, there is a slightly larger issue with the suspension and aero, i was mistakenly told that they were complete or hard values(numbers given by team or manufacture) however that was false and now it needs to be redone, not a massive problem but disappointed the public version isnt perfect right off the bat

No biggie, please share the updated parameters once you figure them out, as i prefer just adjusting it than re downloading ;)

The claims i read from some people about understeer are definitely not true here though :D

Regarding Formula cars, I wish there is a way to change steering lock in the game. I love how easy it is in AC as the game does steering rotation adjustment for you, but trying to take the Monaco hairpin in F1 cars is a pain

Finally I got to try the F300 mod. Steering feels too light as usual, but I lowered steer assist to 70 and it feels much better 👍 This option should be available on all mods IMO.

Ironically, Virtua Simulazioni's Ferrari F1 Concept has the best steering feel out of all F1 mods that I have tried (F2002, F300, MP4/13, MP4/4, Exos).

Thats because the F1 concept uses a lmp1 suspension setup and lmp1 since 2013 has flat out slapped F1 in the face in terms of suspensions.

Cant comment on the steering weight, steer assist has a slightly different effect depending on the wheel type you are using

Eagle GT - A rendering of a new Porsche 914 car body kit called the Veloce GTS-8

This is a project that started around 10 years ago, created by Henry Clay Atchison III and designed by Keith Kaucher. hired by Keith to make the 3D renderings of the car and then kept working directly with Henry Clay (http://henryclaymotorsports.com/) over the years going through some changes, design studies and some inactivity periods until it found it's way to Assetto Corsa.

the latest mod for AC everyone seems to be raving about. Available at the race department forum for download.

This car has absolutely one of the most amazing FFB for a mod out of the box. You feel every imperfection in the road, and I haven't optimized it with FFBClip yet  Unfortunately with the LUT FFB mod it's not so good. I suspect some tweaking and it should be much better though.

I was also confused by the brown dangly things in cockpit view, before I realized it's the driver's helmet straps  I'd like an option to disable it though because it's so distracting :P

It's cool to have rally cars but I feel it's a bit redundant when a lot of us have Dirt Rally.

But not everybody owns it. I have it but I've only played it two or three times, yet I've taken AC rally cars up hill-climbs many times. Personally I like that AC features a wide multitude of different kinds of racing and that users come up with an even greater variety of mods. Ideally I'd just have one sim that covered all kinds of racing instead of having to switch between different sims for different flavors of motorsport. I agree that rally stages in AC is more of a lark since it would be difficult/impossible to do an actual, proper rally, but they're still fun for a hoot and I'm looking forward to using the new Fiesta for some online autocross-style racing. 👍
