Here are the last converts in a simple way, and as I said, many errors, but all running on track in the tests. Ferrari Le Mans 1973, generic Monza skins 1973, a Ferrari "fake" Coda-Corta version for the 1973 WSC, Team Alfa at Targa Florio 1972 and 1973, Team Matra at Le Mans 1972, 1973, 1974 and Brands Hatch 1974 , but lacked some versions. I didn't even manage to make the Alpine-Renault, Ligier, Chaparral, Porsche and a few others....we'll see more later.
hello can i have these skins or are they for your personal use because i would be very interested.thank you for your kind reply

Although I enjoy these conversion tracks, they still seem like “meh” emo. We really need that laser scan track.
Excellent! Are you building it from scratch using Lidar data or converting it from an existing laserscanned track?
Either way, can't wait for you to share the results. Please keep us updated with progress reports.

Hello guys,
I have problem with this skins pack shared here for the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup 2021 (Assettoland version update ATCK)
Not with RD pack (12 skins) but with skins pack shared here this week (6 skins)
I'm not the only one to have this problem.
Thanks for your help

Two more Matra tested (versions of 72 and 74). Some problems in converting, I leave to someone else when converting in a more effective way. These versions of mine, to have fun and fill the grid, are already very good. Even changing the proportion of wheels on 3dsimed, when it's time to go to the track it doesn't seem to me that they got smaller, besides the lack of the instrument panel in the 74 version.
WOnderful. Waiting for matra 670 for a long time. Could you please share it, even if it s not yet finish ?

Hey guys! Can anyone please help me figure out what is causing this flickering thing on Glensheil mountains? It appears from far away and kind of kills the immersion... Thanks in advance

Hello Palatinate driver! Thank you for your reply. Well, I bought the BayroEGT18. There is only a display panel but no fonts, unfortunately no answers or Bayro solution

Thanks for your help
I attached the fonts required for the Bayro EGT 2018, can be installed via CM

I updated the Solitude 1964 CSP configs, there was no RainFX config in the CSP repo and the one from Cozy's GDrive didn't work. This version was created/updated by leBluem & Sliderman and already included animated water surface, animated trees and lights (although the chimneys are also emitting light). Let's see if this will be merged into the official CSP repo...

@xedos6 could you re-upload the version of Solitude you shared some days ago? I wasn't able to get your version running then so I deleted it and reverted to the one from Rainmaker's list. I assume that the ext_config.ini I extended and uploaded to Github originates from your version. Where did you get that version from?

Hi all, does anybody know a track available similar to Special Stage Route X? I was looking into doing a “Like the Wind” event like in Gran Turismo 😊

You need to copy the damage_glass.dds file into your skin folder. You can find this file in the original skin folder or you can get it via cm
At least it worked for me :D

i disabled CM because i don't want to have my edited ext_config overwrite in case of updates, so not a smart choice to be honest.
Once i download something, i want to download something full and not at 99% ;)
Imho all configs should be on Github, so updating them would not require downloading the whole track.
Just like I did now:

(also orig. grass is removed again)
https://github.com/ac-custom-shader.../raw/master/config/tracks/acu_hungaroring.ini
https://github.com/ac-custom-shader...ter/config/tracks/acu_hungaroring__lights.kn5
(right click link -> "Save as ...")

Note: i posted direct links, bc Github can be lazy and recognizes updates not immediately, but within a day...

Totally agree, but the process of getting the configs into the GIT repo needs to be simplified, given that it involves creating a github account, installing the GIT environment, forking the repo and filing PRs. Also it needs to be clear what‘s allowed to be submitted as I had a PR containing wiper configs for some modded cars rejected: https://github.com/ac-custom-shaders-patch/acc-extension-config/pull/94#issuecomment-780778401

it requires a gh account, but not using all the git-tools, you can upload configs with web-gui, thats what i do mostly...

Edit: rejects by rusty should be taken with shoulder shrugs, the reason he gave about it being a mod i approve.
Edit2: "process ...needs to be simplified" - It is somewhat of a control mechanism to prevent wrong doings.

@leBluem It depends if you have time or not to do all the things. I do it in my free time, so create an account and (maybe fit their requirements in order to upload stuff) is slower than other process.

Better, maybe, but what i update, it can be modified, so all the time i will have to keep a own version of the work i done, so for me is faster to upload here

Yeah, well with this reasoning you contribute to the mess the whole config situation is like atm
Also think about having to do quality control over all tracks/cars there are, who should do that? That would be a job in itself. But some well know tracks deserve a unified process also to get around online missmatches.

I started sharing here because 90% of the time, when i developed a full ext_config or track cameras the original author or converter have ignored my files (even after say thanks many times) and put online tracks without cameras or with incomplete ext_config.

No one have to feel forced to use my stuff, but once you replied me and said thanks for them, maybe using them would be great (overall if they keep sharing tracks with only grassfx and nothing else).

Btw, how to upload stuff on GH? It's enough an account? It would take less time if it's only that, but i don't think is that easy, if not everyone would have done it in that way.

You must also get an invite first by one of the current members of this repo...

edit: "ignored my config" -
dont take that personally, nobody can have an oversight of all the stuff and fiddling (dont take that personal too :) ) there is...

Can we gather a group of people who will be allowed to contribute to the repo? I guess @CrisT86, @slider666, @Cozy61, @RMi_wood and @KevinK2 would be some obvious candidates, possibly some others I forgot.
