To a good modder (or somebody else who knows how to do it):

Could you animate the gear-change and the doors of the Jaguar XE P8?
'cause i don't own 3dsmax or another program, with that I could do an animation.:P

If there would anybody do this job, send me a PM.

You can get a totally free and legit copy of 3DSMax or Maya via the Student program.... just go to their website and say you're a student... they dont require a student number or anything (least they didnt when I did this a little while ago) and you will be granted a FULL COPY of either program, no restrictions (EULA just states it can't be used for commercial purpose, but modding isn't.... long as you dont sell the mods) :D

My god. Its beautiful. You know whats more annoying than RTM being RTM.... the fact that the models are always pretty well converted, if they spent some time really doing physics and stuff they could make a lot of nice cars.... and pricing at $6-10 a car.... bet they'd sell a LOAD more.

rtm is just one guy named Aleksey he rips the cars mostly from GameModels ru sometimes Hum3d when he has the money to buy the model but the problem is the pricing! assettodrive does this a lot better a any single car model costing 6$ while 3 car models costing just 10$! its a pretty good bargain if you ask me!

Yeah AD pricing model is waaaaay more reasonable. I actually emailed Aleksey a week ago hoping he'd do a bundle deal for me if I bought a few cars but he said he currently sells them individually. I would buy a bunch if I could get each car for like $6-$10. :(

Enjoying the Lola B09 (and the skins that were recently posted for it on RD).
But the rev lights are not working properly (last four leds are never used).
If you (or someone else) could take a look at that, that would be great :)

Edit: I found another (older) version of the car with correct working rev lights.
Strangely enough (for me): when checking the digital instruments (I guess that's where I need to look), the values are exactly the same. :confused:

fun fact assettodrive does the physics a lot better than rtm!

Sorry for the noob question but how do I copy the one side of a skin onto the other side without having all the symbols mirrored???:confused::confused::confused:

Hey Guys,
I know that the Toyota FT1 GR.3 and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution FE GR.3 have already been converted from GT Sport, but are there other GR.3 cars from GT Sport that have been converted to AC or are these two the only ones?

I am working on the skins of assettoland stock car 2017. But the car itself seems very difficult to handle and unreal, the brakes are blocked very easily and it does not have the DWF that it should have. I think that assetto land uses the AMS 3d and I place it on the NASCAR camry.
I think the management should be more similar to the DTM. Do you know if there is a corrected version or someone who wants to help me with this?
Also I would like to add the P2P.

Anyone know what would be causing cars only to whitewash using custom shaders patch? The tracks look great, it's just happening to the cars.

i remember my car handling ok. i check it later and see whats up

I had this issue mate, its caused (at least for me) by a broken Sol mod install and/or the wrong filter used (found in settings/assetto corsa/video/post prossesing on content manager). My advice is to check the filter first then perform a complete Sol uninstall by downloading the Sol zip and going through each and every folder within the zip and find them on your assetto corsa install. e.g. within the apps/python there is sol_config and sol_weather. and within content/gui/icons there are a bunch of sol icons as well as content/weather all the sol weather. Also there are sol files in the extention folder and sytem folder... then you can reinstall it following the guide on the sol main website...let me know if that helps

one final thing is to uninstall custom shaders pack and reinstall with version CM 140
:)

Ok so any model found on gamemodels ru that also happens to be for sale on another web site can be ported and released and will be protected from any DMCA action from that other web site?

the thing is no one reported rtm (Aleksey) yet on gamemodels ru!

btw is there a stock corvette c5 mod for ac? there's a Z06 but not leaked!
