The first thing I can advise is to install the latest stable CSP(for example 0.1.79), and reset the CSP settings to default, for correct checking. if the problem persists, check the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\textures\fonts for two files, odometer_font.png, odometer_font.txt, and check if they are damaged.
I will attempt this when I have some more time...
( but since it's only with a very small amount of cars , I doubt it's related to my setup and more something with the cars )
I did not have the Odometer font but copied another Kunos font and renamed it to Odometer... should not be corrupt then (unless fonts are also encrypted ? ;) Could you pass me the actual Odometer font files please? I will install those then...

Hey folks, I have a question about Content Manager: the last copy of times I've launched it, I've gotten a Windows notification specifying the 'data version' (169 first time, 171 the next). What does this mean? I have it set to not automatically update since half the posts here are about bugs with CM/CSP so I'd be a bit steamed if it was ignoring that.

In other news, URD released a Ferrari 296 GT3 mod recently. Has anybody tried it? It certainly looks very nice. One of the things I've wondered about such mods, though, is how the physics of such cars are developed - considering that to my knowledge there are no detailed spec sheets available. It's guess work for sure, but how does one make an educated guess?

Also how are people finding the RSS Lux V8? Before I realized I had to run the included batch file to patch in CSP physics, I was surprised to see that it's just straight up is called 'Lexus RC-F GT3' in game. Not sure if that's something I did myself or if someone at RSS forgot to edit a file before release lol

Same here: auto updates disabled but recently it got updated two times anyway, forgot if it was 169, but actually on 171.

URD Ferrari: I tried it but honestly I find it not up to URD standards.
Same for the Lexus, the RSS version looks nicer.

Hi everyone,

I just upgraded my GPU and switched from 1080p@60hz -display to 1440p@165hz.

The problem I now have is that when I change the refresh rate in Windows' own settings to any other than 59.95hz, I get very annoying flickering in Content Manager. It's unusable. No flickering in the game itself when I start the race, or in any game or program.

I would be very thankful for any help, I'm using CM so much I'm gonna go back to 60hz.

For me is that the best Car ever and a fantastic Work!

I agree its a great car mod , had lots of great race's with it

However I wonder if anyone could help me , the crome effect doesn't show for me , its just plain very light grey/silver colour
Any suggestions welcome
Thanks

You could use small prog named CRU and set your refresh rate there to 162hz. Normaly it´s a common "trick" to avoid flickering within many monitors with samsung panels when using freesync (to enable gsync with geforce cards)

I agree.

I found the Lexus fine, but not exceptional, but this time this new Ferrari is very disappointing. The model looks weird, the audio sounds weird, driving feels dull, etc.

Clearly not URD's best work. For anyone looking for a good Ferrari 296 GT3 mod just grab the free version from ChemFlummi, it's much better.
