In the second race of the "Team Fittipaldi Career Mode - 1976" new skins added and new cars adapted.
As in the first season (1975), I'm adjusting and adapting "race by race", I hope to be able to share here on the forum (at least the new skins and adapted cars), which are not part of the original mod (to avoid any problems).

The adapted cars, whenever possible (for now) are being improved in their "textures" by our friend "MrHunt", but some others from 1981/1980/1979/1978 have already been improved by our other mate "F1PlloteJV.Some other cars from 1977 (I've already adapted them but the improvements are missing, in this case, 2 versions of the Copersucar FD04, 2 versions of the Copersucar F5 and the Brabham BT45B version.

For now from 1950 to 1975 (everything finished, with what we already had, which is constantly available and what has already been converted/adapted, the exception is 1968/1969 where there are still cars to be made/adapted).

I would like to share it (I don't intend to stock it just for myself), but everyone knows why it can't be shared publicly.I don't want any problems on my side, no intrigues and problems that could further harm my health, I'm not a "development studio" employee. I just convert/adapt/modify, in a simple way (not complete, not always the most effective and 100% perfect), but which in the end brings us moments of fun.

But anyone interested will certainly know how to get it.

TvCam ( highlights ) - Kyalami

Below are some prints of the new skins and cars used in these two 1976 races.

where can I find the 1976 updated mod? Does it contains the JS5 low air intake?

Are you using v.114 of the mod? Mine does not not behave this way; I can see mine squatting upon acceleration.

Your blurred objects.ini tip seems to have solved the original problem though, so thanks!
Reinstalled (usually I keep only race cars) and v0.114 indeed.
Still lifts on acceleration here, just like the video I posted.

I did the same as you in CM, but this allows me to fine-tune it, because often the steering wheel is too hard or too soft.
Same here. There are always mods that have too wek or too strong FFB compared to average. In stead of messing with the data, this app makes it far easier and faster.

I just have FFB+ and FFB- mapped to an up/down toggle switch on my DDW in CM/SETTINGS/ASSETTO CORSA/CONTROLS/PATCH, so adjusting FFB on a per-car basis is as simple as a couple of flicks while driving. It gets automatically saved to the car too. The fidelity of the FFB change per flick of the switch can be fine tuned too (I have mine set at 5% per click for speed and simplicity, but it can be set to anything you like).

Am I maybe missing out on some extra tuning features? This always works perfectly for my needs... but maybe ignorance is bliss... :lol:

@Fanapryde @Breathe i have a Fanatec dd wheel and i always use this small app that made the difference for me.

It's for every wheel + dd and it was adjusted to eliminate clips and bad behavior.

So if anyone wants to try it... 🙂

Thanks, but I use Simucube DD wheel and I'd rather not mess with Fanatec apps on it... :P
Especially when I'm totally happy with my controls as they are.

Same as @Fanapryde : I use a Simucube but thank you for the info

From the cockpit on my AC the front headlights do not illuminate when turned on
Ah... well... they work fine here (v0.1). Maybe a conflict with CSP version ? (Latest here).

@andrevr
that fix works so nice... Is it possible to fix the TC legends (Pitone/DrDoomslab/Bazza) in the same way maybe ?
That one doesn't lift or squat, just stays level, which isn't natural either... but despite that is still one of my 'to go' cars...

To disable what exactly?
If u mean the snowflakes just click the icon when u are on track from the right side menu and choose 0 particles
Ok but I dont want to do that every time at every new session.... It would be better to be disabled by default, and I start it if I need it.

How's this?

FTR and clarity. This is not a fix. I don't think it was broken. Bazza certainly doesn't need my help :)
Dude is a legend and knows more about this.. hand-waves vaguely .. than I have time left, to learn.

No. This is a specific version, to suit Fana :)
1. No changes to suspension geometry. Should have looked here for the Buja car. Spot.On.
2. Softened the spring rates, the bump stops rates, and the damping. More lively. Squats. A little.
3. Did some audio work. 6500 rpm in a 4-banger 4-stroke, yields a certain pitch.
Two bangs per rev times 6500 revs per minute, reduced to per second = 216Hz.
This was a little high, so there's an ext_config to help with that.

There are backups of the original data.acd and ext_config.ini in the ZIP. Belts and braces.
If you already have customs, make backups first, please.

Thanks already ! Going to check this later.
To clarify: I absolutely like Bazza's 2002 (and all his cars).
Maybe the spring rates et al were stiffened on purpose because it's a race car, hence it stays level while accelerating.
Though I remember I followed (at least tried to) a race version on a trackday and it squatted too, just like my street car.
It never really bothered me in the mod, until I saw the opposite (lifting) happening in the recent Yuki CSL, which does bother me.

TVR T400R beta 0.1b

Minor fixes:

1) Corrected the name of the main folder with only lowercase letters;
2) Slightly improved Lods with associated flickering problem resolved;
3) Increased engine damage threshold from 7500 rpm to 7600 rpm;
4) Reduced gear change up time. According to what I saw in an onboard, the car does not allow flat foot shifting and requires heel toe when downshifting. Now you can change a little more easily;
5) Fixed a mesh disappearing when cockpit_lr is loaded;
6) Fixed wobbly brake discs on the right side;

I recommend a clean installation. :D

EDIT: For those who have already downloaded it: re-download it from the same link above to fix the brake discs.

Hi,
I have noticed you in my last post that right brake discs doesn't rotate properly.
For more information look at the picture below, you can see left discs are aligned/straight, but not the right discs :
I hope you could solve it easily.
