Hi, every now and then it happens to me that with the different
updates, some cars become outdated/ugly. For example: I have a GR Yaris that in the game the headlights look dark, but in the CSP Showroom they look fine. It also happens to me with others that the lights in the game seem "alive" (they move as if they had ants). Could it be due to some configuration of the many CM tabs? I leave a sample. Greetings

looks like a case of refraction with poor quality normals. CM showroom (which i assume you're referring to. csp showroom is something else and will show the same as the below picture) doesn't show csp stuff (aka refraction)

Same here. For a long time. If you find a solution let me know please.
I have AMD grahics card. Maybe thats the problem?
Yes, AMD card here too. Now that I remember, I already had a problem with screenshots and a CM option called AMD fidelity HD, (or something like that...) which was solved by disabling it. I don't lose hope that there is an "AMD headlights ants" option to disable...

I guess it depends on which angle you look at it ... :)

seems to me the flames are not aligned correctly with the exhaust...
I can fix that though....not so much with the mirror...copy these in the flame.ini file in the data folder...

After the first attempt (which was not good), the panel (imported together with the 3d model) and the cockpit were not well adjusted, I asked our friend "MrHunt" for help, who suggested that perhaps we should go for another Mustang model (and maybe adapt the skins on it), or look for another similar 3d model (but I found the same one I had) but I found it on another GTR2 website (which he had suggested) (the Le Mans 1997 skins) that would fit the model that I imported (I decided to give more thought to what I could adapt better).

The solution to avoid "bugging" the imported model (in which the panel was superimposed on the base model), was to remove the steering wheel (which was present in the COCKPIT HR and COCKPIT LH files (I don't know why they complicate it so much), in addition to the cages (also present in both files ), remove the bank from the model I imported.I had to import the wheels from another Ford model (Australian), with wheels similar to the 1997 Ford Saleen.

The headlights were reasonable but they work.
I did a quick test on the track (it worked well).
I couldn't adjust the rev counter arrows.
In short, another simple model (to compose the 1997 Grid). Now it's time to pass it on to our friend, to take a look at the textures.

it looks great

I reworked the lights, so they are using EXTRA_FX_EMISSIVE now and I corrected selflighting + LIGHT_HEADLIGHT position:

The car has completely new physics like all the other cars too and is more aggressive during turn in than before😄
Feels like a Porsche now.
Hope you like it
I would like to try this and also the Sin R1 GT4 since a while ago I had read that you had also updated it, do you have any link or is it the same pack from the guerilla forum? Thanks in advance!

Not available on your website yet?

The GT4 Pack in the 1.0 version isn't finished still..
I have 5 more cars, which need a visual update. But after I'm done with the cars, the 1.0 should be avaliabe.
So you just have to wait a little bit and the cars are there (doing 2-3 cars per week atm)

Yesterday I finished the Ginetta G55:

The missing cars in the pack are the Aston Vantage, the Mustang, the Panoz, the Supra and the Saleen

Extract the car´s data.acd with CM, it´s easy. Then you can edit the appr. ini file with a text editor.

I don’t know if you are aware, but with the wheels that come with the car, it refuses to go anywhere.I had to change sets of tires, only then it drove normally

Just a question: will they have more features to setup before race in the new version, cause now you can set only tyres pressure, fuel, TC and ABS? Or is this typical for a GT4? Thx.

ARBs, Rear Wing, Dampers (2-way adjustable), as well as camber/toe is adjustable. I think thats a good range to adjust the cars to your own driving style.
Ride height is still locked, because it would be hard to create a solid baseline bop for the cars.

Guys looking forward to see F1 2011 mod with this blown diffuser sound, best ones are RB and Team Lotus (Caterham), Renault good as well, lean back and enjoy

There are some good blown diffuser mods already available on Racedepartment.

1996 Ferrari 333SP - Le Mans skinpack

After this short break (due to university, not because of pleasure unfortunately) here is a little skinpack for you :)

Enjoy, hope you like it.

Hi! (83).jpg

The work is progressing a little slowly due to lack of time, but the next update should arrive at the end of the month if everything goes well.

ps: yes, no more silly fuel barrel thing 😂

Then you (the modders) go to the trouble and build such an awesome mod and then you slap a piece of junk tire texture on the car...Enzo would definitely cry!

Ferrari 312B 1970 from HSS (awesome guys btw.)

Orginal Tires Screens (rly wtf is this?)
__custom_showroom_1707331732.jpg__custom_showroom_1707331738.jpg

Really now? You have to do something, right?

__custom_showroom_1707333487.jpg__custom_showroom_1707333493.jpg
__custom_showroom_1707333510.jpg

Now Enzo can sleep again and the hammer mod can continue to be used, simply copy it into the skin folder

Mod is from Historic Sim Studios, LLC Ferrari 312B 1970

Ps i don't use Blur for the Tires, it is like Legion says:

This was necessary in the past, today's PCs and cars no longer need tire blur.
