A CM related question.
I used to have the CM fps counter (Previous session's performance) in the tab line of CM.
Now it's gone, I can only see the result in settings/video.
Is it disabled by CM updates or did I forget to check a box somewhere (can't find it). Several of my CM settings were reset btw...

I have Blamers fps counter running while driving, but sometimes I quit before looking at the results. CM's counter helped me out in that case..

Great news! Shaun Clarke updated one of the best car mods for AC of all times, Seat Leon, to version 2.0 and released the evoltion car, that replaced the Leon in the wtcr the Cupra TCR. He also updated the Snetterton track, both 200 and 300 layouts. Find them on his page:

I guess it is time to do some TCR racing again. it's been a while. Can't wait to come home in the afternoon.
I notice that his BTCC car pack is not currently available. Hopefully he is updating that pack! A fix of the overheating tyres would be great!

Did he update the tracks posted on his site? Or just sharing the tracks? I don't see a change log on the page.

Hey everyone, been a while. By any chance did anyone download Apexxers update of the Formula Renault 3.5? I can't get it to work, every time I try to use it ot crashes and says "race cancelled". I am really not savvy like most of you so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks a lot

W.I.P. Will be released when finished. When the time comes, hopefully someone in here can make some racing skins for it.

Looking good, would agree that for a racing version, those wheels could go up just one size level.

By any chance do you have a link to the normal road version that I assume you're using to make this edit? Been searching for it forever but all the links I've found are expired.

Just for curiosity, I am using Steam's FPS counter. The advantage is that is always running, in every Steam games.

Edit: I see that your question has been answer.

Edit2: New CM version: 0.8.2096.36316

Oulton park has been updated too

I went to the site, but I do not understand what has been updated or not updated.

I want to believe you, just curious.

The Steam counter is indeed useful for other Steam games, but it gives only the actual fps.
@Blamer FPS counter does a lot more than that, gives even graphics. Only thing: if you forget to look after driving and quit, it's gone :D
There the CM counter comes in handy (max, min etc...)

I went to the site, but I do not understand what has been updated or not updated.

It looks like they are not updated and he just decided to host them. They were not on the site yesterday and by looking at folders, some were modified yesterday, so i asumed wrongly. Sorry guys.

Me neither...
I compared both folders and several files now have a different date, while the size has not changed. That's how far my knowledge goes I'm afraid.
I tried both Oulton and Snetterton and no changes I can think of. I was hoping the light effect at Snetterton (where on some parts the tarmac looks like if your headlights go on and off) had changed, but no... I can't see any changes either.
I wish (and that goes for a lot of modders) that they provide notes about changes and put a date and version number. That would be much easier for checking if you need (or don't) need to DL and install a version...

Here's v5 of my Sweet Lamb Dirt Rally conversion.

Needing useful feedback, specifically about road "feel", preferably in video comments, 925 pages and counting!

After many runs along the track, it start's to feel normal to me and I am not 100% sure it's correct.
If anyone has the ability to edit the "surfaces.ini" or just has opinions, please share your thoughts.

I am aware that I might get multiple people with different preferences for grip levels, it's a risk I'm
willing to take just to get more opinions. I can always try to split the difference.

I recommend gravel tuned rally vehicles due to their longer suspension setups.
Some car options : https://assettorallygrb.wixsite.com/rallygrb

Constructive feedback is welcome, crying about my video or your crash into a fence is not.

I hope someone enjoys it, download in description.

What's the best stand-alone rally sim?

What's the best stand-alone rally sim?
It will be better to ask it in the appropriate section on GT Planet or elsewhere and... MY best could be not YOUR best.

As a masochist who learnt virtual driving essentially on "Grand-Prix Legends" and mods on "NASCAR Racing 2003" (Papyrus), I suggest you "Dirt Rally".
It requires some skills and humility.

Some guys will tell you the second opus (the FFB is crap as hell and the game is full of bugs), others the old "Richard Burns Rally" and again others WRC by Kyloton Studio.

Cheers. ;)

Great job, I Love this car,thanks sylana82 ! :bowdown::gtpflag:

@gladbecker82 I like your Oreca 07 very much and here is my question: I heard a sharp sound while in low rpm(like a motor actually), is it really exist in the real car?
Another question, do you have a plan of other LMP2 cars like the JSP217?

Seat Leon TCR DSG has working wipers now? (I don't use SOL and CSP weather.) I see active movement of wipers when increasing/decreasing driving speed.

Its a great mod but the only problem i have is it feels like the steering degrees of rotation seems REALLY small like : 180 degrees lock to lock!
The car is great, but it would be a lot better with a more reasonable steering quickness (like about 450-540 degrees, which I think is correct or close to it). It makes the car extremely nervous as it stands (though I eventually adapted sort of).
I had the same problem. The solution was in the steering wheel settings. There stood 450 degrees, set 900 and everything is fine. Maybe you should check it too?

Very nice, thank you

For some reason I get this error message. I use CSP1.46 and PP BlackCelica (and also tried default and other PP filters, other tracks).
Probably a user error? Who has the solution. Thanks!

Hopefully it drives as good as it looks

I was getting similar errors while working on the GT86 GT4 car I'm doing. I'm starting to wonder if it has to do with the latest CM update although I was able to get the car to load after "fixing" a couple things that were car specific.
