Hi All, another mod que. I created an AO map in dds format with CM, then I tried to combine it with another one in PS. I have the dds plugin, but saving it as dds seemed to have changed the file and it does not behave the save as it was created by CM before the edit when I apply it to the model again. Can someone please shed some light on this? If we want to edit the AO map created by CM, what should the settings be to make it behave properly like an AO map after the edit? Thanks! 🙏
 
So, i did today last fixes and driving tests with the Toyota SF-R Racing and it's all fine. He finally got a physics/tyres update and now this little guy is really fun to drive. Timo will add an updated collider and then this little guys update is ready for release. 🥰

Update to version 1.0. Final version for now. I may revisit it in the future. Everything is packaged together, including the 54 pit optional layouts.

-- New ext_config and replay cams created by @CrisT86 with improved track lighting for night races. He did other things as well, but I couldn't tell you what they are. I just know it looks good. Thank you @CrisT86.
-- Some minor tweaks to correct a few floating trees and very small adjustments to some material values. Nothing I think anyone will pick up on.

RacinJoe's Spa 66 collection is fabulous, highly recommend (see Breathe's track list). I don't think there's a 1970 model out there worth the time (apart from the AMS2 one!)

Thank you, but I have a question about Kyalami. The ai file you linked to extracts to a folder named kyalami1967. All the RT versions i've seen around the net use a track folder named kyalami_1967. Is there an RT version out there that i'm not aware of? The Terra21 version uses the kyalami1967 track name I think, but the ai creator claims it's for the RT version.

I also want to make sure i'm fooling with the correct RT version of Kyalami because by default it looks like this on my system. Is this roughly how it looks for you. I realize ppfilters can make a huge difference.

After some quick fooling around, I now have it looking like this, but I don't know if i'm messing with the right version of the track. I think there's 3 or 4 different Kyalami 1967 tracks listed on @Breathe track list.

Hi all, i hope y'all are well.

Question, I've been looking for a league to drive in. Preferably something multi-class, I really don't want to get my rear end handed to me in various GT3 machinery. If I wanted to do that i'll go bankrupt with iRacing. But yeah, multiclass would be nice. USA here.

Cars look too dropped. Yes it was low, but here on pics it's front side arch goes below the upper rim edge

Peter got a little excited and dropped this car before its time, it is made using features only available in the latest preview version of CSP (tyres incorporate the new multiray collision detection), it has not been tested at V1.79, so no clue if everything is working correctly if you use that version or below.

The car has been waiting in the wings for a public version of CSP that includes this new feature for some time!

I'll send you the full version I have at the moment later on today - I tend to manually instal everything so wouldn't have noticed that.

What I do recall is the default RT version AI line breaks at the final corner, the kink on the main straight - this AI file fixes that. Always room for improvement though!

There is only one old version around and that's the 1976 version of Automobilista.
Is was released by Terra21, who was part of a team at the time (the name of the team was 'Track Reboot' I believe)
For some reason it was named 1967 but it's most definitely a representation of the 76 Kyalami.
The current Reboot Team might contain members of the old 'Track Reboot' group, I guess.

Jim Lloyd was AC Reboot Project with Terra21, updating and improving old tracks. He later formed Reboot Team, mainly to bring new track ports to AC.

Any ideas to fix the AA? I have tried several configurations (AC, CSP, nvidia control panel...) but I cannot eliminate the flickering shadows on the walls and saws on cables and distant objects
