Glad to see Elements cleaned up the Multiple Blancpain number-boards which used to ugly-up this car. 2023 Super GT skins are very welcome. Thanks!
This looks SOOO much better than the one that was floating around previously. Great job.

Can someone please confirm for me that the driver_60.kn5 model has that modern gloves? Many old mods are using this model but I can't remember that all those old cars had these modern looking gloves. Maybe I did overwrite the original?

You can find the model here YOUR-STEAMFOLDER\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\driver

BTW I update my car fix pack with many new ones:

same here ... (maybe some mod contained an update of the gloves... that does not seem right ,I can't imagine Kunos deliverd it like that... )

(REPLICA) ADAC HISTORIC CUP LADA 2101 2k/4k/6k

Much easier skin this one that's for sure, there is the OG version of this done by zizh or something to that effect, i think smp bought his whole thing or something so this is for the smp version which is on RD. The skins do fit from the other version to the smp version but some of the fronts don't swap well as they are slightly different (some skins do swap ok). The smp version had only 1 skin there may be others around i did not look.

havent spent loads of time on this as like i said it was a fairly easy skin to do, added a few stickers to the dash if its not to your taste the interior.dds file can be removed easily

to install: choose what res you want and drag and drop the content folder to CM

in the downloads section

(car link in the overview page)

thanks

Guys, are there other unfortunate souls who have resigned to playing AC on a controller / pad? I have a T300 RS GT but no room to mount it right now and have been stuck on pad for over a year.

I was wondering, can you recommend some genuinely good Gamepad FX scripts you know of? All the different ones I tried either make the steering horribly muddy and vague and unresponsive, or make the car drive itself to the point where you need to go full lock to full lock at full throttle to MAYBE make it spin. I can't find a script that is tasteful and gently smooths things out without making every car steer itself, catch all slides on its own and even compensate for understeer sometimes :D

i was looking for this exact same thing my reason behind it was because i wanted to go into online races but not look drunk at the wheel everytime i turned the wheel, i did not find anything that worked i ended up just using the controller as-is and staying out of online races.

that is not to say there is nothing out there that is good but i did not find anything suitable at the time

edit i had a search and found this.....

you probabaly tried it though but you never no :) :), it has great reviews if nothing else

I'm also struggling for space since working from home and having a child - the AGA script Maxime links to above is fantastic, big +1 recommendation from me.

OK thanks for helping. I have some gloves textures for switching.

This has annoyed me for years, can't believe I didn't think to just switch the original...

@rainmaker

Now that you have so many projects going, are you planning on reworking Karlsruhe1955?

P.s

For me it's a matter of course to introduce myself, that's how I was raised, that's good behavior, some have it, some don't...
Karlsruhe is a track from Zwiss. He might want to update it by himself. He plans to work on f1_edition tracks anyway.

I really tried a lot of preview settings during the last 2 days but I´m not satisfied at all.........so if anyone got some more settings to share this would be fantastic

I have a problem with Content Manager- After clicking on The only function I didn't know about is randomise everything. Now, how do I get back the exact time of the track data?
I have already fiddled with Ideal and real but it remains fixed at 12 o'clock.
Season adjustament under CSP , Weather Fx is set to seasonal.
I have ticked there too, but nothing. Can anyone help me?

Does anyone know what causes this weird interior shadow flickering and can help me get rid of it? Wasn't a problem a few months ago, but now no matter what I do this happens all the time, not constantly, but often enough to be extremely distracting.

I have this problem too, but only with CSP 0.1.80p346. Oldest versions are OK, but I need that version for latest Pure.

Have I possibly missed a performance update to this track? I get sub-40 fps hot lapping for large parts of it, which is nauseating in VR (most other tracks hit min 90fps easily). Plus, there's a strange mix of non-cam facing cardboard spectators and 3D spectators, which is visually a bit jarring.
Thanks.

Hi, How you doing, Terve, Moi,
As a regular reader of this forum, I’ve noticed how important it is to some of you, that new members follow certain introduction rules. As I see it, it can be rather rude and confusing to new members. Is it really that big a deal?

Pekka
Of course not.
Just ignore the wise guys posts. Personally, I don't want to know about your past and current life.

You will be good if you just be polite and say 'Hello'.
After all, you are joining a community, some education doesn't hurt.

Cheers

And don't you think it's rude to arrive at a place where anyone don't know you and demand for something without ever saying good morning... hi... hello... good day... how are you?... please... thanks... or any of those words that unfortunately we use less and less in this world we live in?

If you also want to have this gloves thing fixed for the old cars you can use mine here (contains backup for original files), for 60s+70s driver:

hi,
not what you were asking for, but as a T300 owner myself and knowing how much I love it and how it contributes to the overall joy and immersion, I would suggest you to something like this at least:

I started out with this one, also because I had no room for a full stand/cockpit...
It can be put anywhere , and folds so it can be put under a bed for example when not in use.
It is such a pity to know you have a T300RS and not using it!
That said , I hope you find joy either way (be it with wheel or game pad), but my advice: it's a well spent 129 euro! ;)
Cheers.

edit : since the official site does not even show the folding capability in the pics, here you can see it very well in a nice YT review.

edit2: I must say I have since modified some things to my setup, as the wheel was wobbling too much for my taste. It is now intergrated with another fabrication and very sturdy, but that does make it I can't put it away anymore (but I have the space now , a dedicated room for my rig). Another option (bit more expensive but sturdier and more enjoyable out of the box) is their 2.0 version which you can see here

Does anyone have the realistic physics data made by Legion for the McMurtry Speirling converted by ExMods/RTM before he deleted 'em for some reason?

It's a car I was eager to see in AC eventually since I adored it the first time I saw it in Goodwood years ago.

No no info which filter is used but I would assume the default filter is being used since everybody has got it as the name says by default.

Hi, the f1 2010 mods are beautiful, congratulations; I note, however, that the textures of the tires are not the same for all cars; Mclaren Ferrari and Redbull have sharper and more detailed textures. The others, especially in the absence of light, are of lower quality. How do you charge rain tires? A thousand thanks
Hey, There's 2 things.

The whole 2010 squad have the original F1 2010 codemaster tyres, since the model comes from F1 2010

I have included as a bonus the classic cars from F1 2020, which is the ferrari mclaren and redbull. So obviously I won't put the F1 2010 tyres on a 2020 model. So I used the tyre model and texture made by a friend which is what I have used for the F10 car in the FVA conversion that will come soon. And since I already have the 3 main car of 2010, I also reworked the 2010 renault with better textures, better cockpit details and the new tyre. As well as FIA sticker on the wheel and Kubica Led shifting animation as a tribute.

As for rain tyres, I haven't figured out how to tell CSP which texture to use for rain, So I just dropped the texture in the zip. You need to put them inside the skin folder of a driver of the car you want rain tyre on. The game will swap slick texture with wet automatically. But if you want slick back then either remove the textures from the skin folder or change tyre compound once in pit stop to pick slick texture again.
