Nice times, Hugo. 👍 Knew I would never beat you. That's one amazing T1. I guess I don't have good enough fine control with the DS2 to keep it planted at as high a speed as you get it, although I'm evidently trying to do what you are there. You'll be probably right around a certain second barrier for the whole lap, one I could never dream of reaching.

This was a fun one, Erik, like the last one. Wonder what you've got in store for race 5.

Time submitted.

Never came back to it, but almost finished Ratchet and Clank. :dopey:

Only gonna drive a single session on the last one too. Wife gave me a PS3 and Prologue this morning. :D

Could I ask a favor from one of the NTSC racers this week?

After the results are posted I would like to get a max replay of this track as I haven't drove the track often enough to know the correct lines. I would not use it for a ghost, but rather as a tutorial on the track. You could post it here or email is the other way. I will pm the email address if it is preferred.

I would like to say "Thanks" in advance.

Kenny

I'll have to check my replays and make sure I have a clean one or else I'll need to run again this afternoon, it'll be a high 53.x I'm sure.

I'm Glad to see the turnout for this weither you enjoyed it or indured it thanks for running 👍

Nice present Niels :tup I got mine yesterday and it's a blast.

Spreadsheet's up :)

Congrats to Hugo, Austin, and VEXD. Well done guys 👍 I had to sub my first banker but my fastest dirty did not catch anyone anyway :dopey:

Hey Austin, if you keep turning in times with the best of them you really need a maxdrive. This is in the first post of every race for a reason....

"Keep Your Best Lap Ghost Replay Just in Case You Need It"

Thanks for all the kind words in the pm's guys, it's nice having work recognized 👍

Hopefully you can take my moans with a grain of salt, they are driven from my desire to perform better. You are doing a fantastic job with this series and they are some of the most enjoyable combos I have run. I'm here every week for many reasons, but most of all to have fun. 👍

Great runs by Hugo, Austin and VEXD. Congrats guys. This is sort of like WRS, being 5 second behind Hugo. :sly:

Jake, that was a close one at the line. I'm sure you would have left me in the dust had you spent any more time on this one. 👍

Looking forward to taking the S4 down the home stretch, at least it's a track most of us have some recent reps on. :dopey:

I'm off to take a few laps of WRS prior to the main even, namely the B events in GT5P.

Kevin

Congrats to Hugo, Austin and VEXD for taking the podiums. Amamzing times, guys. 👍

Also a very impressive time from Kevin. Very nice work. 👍

Thought it would a walk in the park to keep the overall 4'th position, but now it looks like we'll have a close battle in the last round. :nervous:

Some really fast times on this combo gents.
Congratulations to Hugo Boss for being consistently a second or more ahead of the pack.
Well done to Austin and VEXD also.
Great times by all and one more week to move up in the points.

Thanks Erik for the replay, I'm sure I can learn more about the lines where the track does open. That to me seemed to be where I would lose time and those should be the areas to gain some time. The first section for me was conservative at best.

Off to check out next week.👍

As usual, im 2 seconds down on Hugo. :yuck:👍 Well done.
You're just too smooth for a human.
I'll have to bring extra extra strong beer to Jans. :mischievous:
Well done austin, and arora also, its getting close now.
Is this a five round thing? Cos i think it should be weekly till you run out of combos, these are some of the most fun ive ever driven, with the compromise between grip and power being present in each one so far, and making them all outstanding events.

Well done to everyone who ran, see you all in the next.

:irked:👍

Wow, what a ridiculous time, Hugo. Well done. Your first and final sectors were both much faster than I've ever gotten them. And good job to everyone just keeping this crazy car off the walls. I second what VEXD said, these are all terrific combos. Please, arora, get ATR III running sometime soon! There are plenty of rally cars to go yet, and we love driving these things.

I know I need an AR Max, but I don't know that my parents will allow me to buy one. If I can convince them this weekend, I'll try to post my replay.

Dood, its like, 20 dollars.
Or something.

This is your reputation in a global community you're playing with here....

Go get one ordered.

:irked:👍

Good thing this car is slow, because I've hardly run the reverse of this track, and I remember it being much harder than forward. :scared: I doubt this will be as good to me as the Stratos, but I'll give it a shot tonight.

On a known track you would have kicked Hugo's butt. 👍

Yup. Definitely. 👍

Thanks Niels. For whatever reason, I seem to be performing above my normal level in here. Must be spending more time on these than some of you.

Yep, it's coming down to the wire. I'm sure you will be able to stay out in front by putting a little more time into it.

I'm just happy to be anywhere close to quick guys like you and Jake. 👍

Thanks for the kind words, all of you, but I really have nothing in terms of skill to compete with Hugo, or for that matter any of the other aliens.

I do want to buy a maxdrive, and I have the $30. The problem is that my parents don't like that I play GT4 this much and don't approve of me getting one. So unless I can convince them otherwise, I may not be able to get one.

There is also the not-so-trivial matter of finding one here where I live, as I need one by Tuesday to confirm my WRS time, which means there is not enough time to get one shipped unless I pay a lot more for fast shipping. It seems nobody buys maxdrives here, because even the stores like Best Buy that say most of their locations sell them don't have them in stock within 400 miles of here. Any Americans have ideas for what stores to get one from?

So, basically, we'll see... :irked: I'll get a replay up if I have success.

You are in luck, I just called addicted to comics & hobbies for you and they have an a.r. max waiting for you to buy ;)

ahhh, the power of the interwebby thing...

Its good to have mates all over the world.

:irked:👍

Humble of you to find a Max Drive for Austin, Erik 👍

It's going to be the best 20 bucks ever spend if you want to keep on playing online, Austin :sly:

Congrats to all for not giving up on this difficult combo, especially Austin and David for ending up with some flying laps 👍
This was probably the toughest combo I've driven lately, but surely also the most entertaining one :dopey:

Good work, Erik! You're giving GT4 a nice farewell

Wow, thank you, arora! :) You didn't have to do that. But it's much appreciated anyway. I'll try to pick one up today.
