There are strong indications that the perp travelled from Germany to Amsterdam, from there he got on a bus to Lyon, and from Lyon to Milan.

So, that's Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy.

Well I think the best way to fight that kind of terrorism is....uh....more open borders
