It can't be, otherwise I wouldn't have one regional record. PERIOD.

BTW, I just took 1.165s to irn2swm time at shangai yan'an (D class first race)... You guys might want to check that:mischievous:
 
I have not looked at the time, just logged in now. However, I will be getting drunk today..already started, so I have an excuse. The reason is, I just registered to get married, it's really a pita in Peru. This will be my last marriage, I posted elsewhere how many times...but this is why....

Well, I think it is because he beat my time, and not to be an a-hole, but we all have things happening outside of autolog that affect online life. However, if YOU cannot understand that, then add me or RomKnight or StarFirebird or Tribolik (sorry if misspelled), or Meathole1957 (???). It does have to do with Autolog or any race for that matter. It's about being in the zone, and you know when you are and when not.

BTW, RomKnight, on another thread, re: try listening to Killswitch Engage while driving, of course engine sound dominant and music background, and I believe you will notice a difference.

Just a thought, to those whom I have mentioned and perhaps misspelled, an apology and... Care to start a team? Obviously we are all insomniacs and can kick some ass together.

About that first D class race in single exhibition... at shanghai or whatever the location is... beat the world record and you beat me:sly:

Anyway, Autolog will still be here after the party :D with a few times for you to beat or try :P

I don't mind being on a team but autolog and WTC takes all of my gaming time. Not sure if I can keep up with everything (and maybe there is a GT1/3 champ on the way...)

Just to show. does have to do with autolog, she threw away the piece of paper with my D class RX 8 settings, but, I tinkered and..GOTCHA!!. Shanghai Yan'an (2.42.218)

I don't know or think it would take much time than we already spend, it would just be sharing setups and tunes with each other that work with.

It was just a drunken thought, I love trying to beat your times (call me masochistic if you will), but I think we all have something which together we can take on the world times.

PS. apologies if earlier I came on too strong, I gave warning (alcohol), and I am very passionate about this game and life in general. (Tomorrow it all ends). Google rapture and news and have a drink with me!

@JWalker 6 seconds off? Makes me want to drink more..BTW I love Black!

2:42?

Man there is no way i could beat that.I was trying for the 2:44 you set and could only come 2 seconds closer so i put the game down for a bit.Now with the 2:42 there is no way i will come close to that.

Thank goodness i have Tiger Woods to play or i would be one frustrated man :)
 
WTF??? Already? It took me 15m to beat you time today :D (some changes on the wheel settings did wonders) but I think I'm rowing against the stream with you. You must be an hell of a driver.

My times are without any tuning because I can't tune a car even if my life depended on it but I know I can improve my times. It'll take a just bit longer now.

At Monza Jr that RX8 seems to have some speed edge. Maybe its time for me to get a new car...

I had the 2:44 he had a 2:43, then I dis 2:42:high and then he. AAAARRRRGGGHH. Damn Autolog :D
 
I'm going crazy now trying to beat times faster than mine by 1/1000s... and I can't.
Shangai Yan'an just has the world record as the time to beat in my speedwall.

How the hell am I going to beat a world record???
 
I do love the autolog system as its a never ending battle. I'm on average about 3-5 sec off most world records, but havin trouble going faster.

In GT5 I'm right there with best, but Shift is whole different animal to go fast.

Not for me, can't claim my online pass yet because of PSN Store being down.

Anyway, I have a lot of PSN friends playing this, but only a handful tried a lap at the Nordschleife! So get cracking at it! ;)
 
I did more laps there than I can count... just to be beaten again :D

I won't give up, i'm just taking a time off there but I see the same pattern emerging on other events :D

Autolog and online are totally exclusive as they are different experiences. One is real time, fast and furious; the other takes time and patience to get that perfect lap. Also need much time spent on the tuning menu...
 
I noticed something extremely odd, and I had to check it several times to make sure I wasn't going crazy.

RomKnight, I saw your record in Modern C > Continental Tours > Miami Bayfront Park Loop.

Your record: 1:53.387

World record: 2:27.875

I mean...WTF? Am I missing something here? Does the race on your version of the game have 2 laps instead of 3? :confused:
 
bug... 1st lap not counting. Happened a lot before patching...

That one happened on my first attempt there. No way to correct that.

Also, now I have (i think I still have) the regional records which are WAY off my time on the speed wall because of that like in Tokyo Dockside. I think my time there is 1:48.xxx and he time shown is like 0:53.xxx I think. I might be wrong (not near my ps3)
 
i read somewhere nfsdrew said it will be stuffed up for awhile but they are working to get rid of all the records that havent counted laps dont ask me where i red it tho cos i dont remember
