The bad: a level 84 user blasting everyone in sight with his tank. The good: After about 10-15 minutes, I noticed someone managed to destroy his tank. Turned out it was level 118 in his own tank. I thought this other tank would go on his own rampage, but after a few minutes I realized he was mercilessly targeting this former tank owner for blowing everybody, and their cars in to smithereens. After recklessly blasting everyone earlier, and getting his own ass blown to here and back, he went to Passive Mode. Even in this so called 'safety' mode, the guy in the tank went after him and was able to pin him against buildings and he would die.

Reminds me of a time earlier when a Lv 6XX guy was chasing and then spawnkilling some poor dude, so I grabbed my own tank, went off the radar and blew the hacker up before he noticed me.
I never use my tank for evil.

Had a great interaction with a random guy in a golf game this afternoon. Glaswegian chap who described the queen as "The grey haired lady with the sparkly helmet". I got completely owned (he shot -7), but I did screw up a couple of shots laughing at what he was saying.

I always go after Tank Grievers.... I 🤬 hate them. Last time I went after them, was when there were two blowing everybody up. So I hopped in my R8 Cabrio, drove circles around them while throwing Stickies. One guy aimed for me, shot, and hit his own friend who was loaded with stickies.

I went after the second guy and saw that the first Tank pilot was on a motorcycle speeding towards the plaza where the tank spawns. He was already on the main road, and I was taking alleyways in an R8 at max speed; missing every obstacle on the way. Finally, I cut left, got onto a road, and gunned it for the main road.

This part is the best.

I FLEW up the road and landed on the guys head as he was reaching for the hatch of the tank. Funniest and most awe inspiring moment in GTA so far. So then I hopped out; hid behind his tank; popped him with my sniper rifle; got into his tank, and went for a rampage on these two grievers. I killed the first guy (whose tank I stole) repeatedly until he rage quit. Then I went for the second driver. When I got up to him (he had a mic) he yelled

"No! No! Please DON'T! I can change! I can change!"

As if I was the Angel of Death coming down to take him to Judgement Day.

"Let's see how you like it when others do this to you"

At this point, I had him pinned next to wall, so he was climbing my tank to get past me.

"Sit down!" And I knocked him down with my turret.

Every player in the lobby heard the conversation, and was gathering around.

I inched my tank closer and shot the turret into his face. Everyone cheered and went hunting for him, while I kept watch. It was hilarious, like I had my own army. I felt like FrankieonPC1080p in an episode of Rust: Banned when he had his own army when he got revenge.

Tell me you got this on YouTube!

Last night I managed landed the Titan on a short roof top. Next thing I knew some ass hat blew me up with a buzzard...while I was idling on the roof, at least let me take off first.

Soon enough me and buzzard guy go head to head all over LS. Twice he called for his Buzzard, but I beat him to the location and stole it right in front of him. After trading some sniper kills and rooftop battles, he hides himself from radar. I was behind Ammunation and I hear a deep rumble from around the corner. He foolishly tries to run me over in a huge Sandking XL, and I was able to ambush him easily. The Sandking is not the stealthiest vehicle, come on now!

Not to double post so...

Part 2 of bad tank drivers. Last night there were a lot of tanks. For some reason, these tanks are very persistent. Twice I had a tank who had tried to blast me of a building, but I would either maneuver where they couldn't blast me off, or was just not reachable, but they kept bombing the heck out of the building. They would move around the block just to kill one person.

One session I managed to snipe 2 tank drivers, one of them twice. I managed to score a hit through the driver hatch, fired again and killed him. I kept my scope on the tank, and immediately fired once I saw movement and killed him again. The next one I sniped through the rear exhaust port on the driver side. First hit I got the red indication the target was hit and the next killed him. I then flew off the skyscraper, and proceeded to destroy his tank with my grenade launcher.

I have some ideas to "nerf" the tanks, we could shoot at the tracks/road wheels to destroy them making the tank run slower or not being able to turn. Maybe give limited tank shells like 50 and allow us to switch to the 50. machine gun? Maybe allow us to lock on tanks with the Buzzard attack chopper and Lazer P-996 jet's missiles? Maybe make it easier to shoot the gas tank/engine compartment to neutralize the tanks?

Or maybe Rockstar could improve the airstrike to something like this... :mischievous:

That's a good game btw, despite being a bit buggy and that the developpers went bust...

Yesterday people were voting to kick me out of the server due to my behavior.

When I joined the room, some lv46 guy killed me with his glitched tank. There were two guys doing that. Ok. I went into passive mode, called the merry-weather chopper and when to the top of one building, killed both guys in their tanks with my rifle. They went running to get their tanks again this time I got mad and decided to get mine. Killed both and started to spawn-kill everybody that came to help the two bastards. The good thing about low level tank glitchers is that they don't have access to rocket launchers.
Unfortunately I had to logout due to something more menacing than a tank, It was my wife calling for dinner :)

More tanks last night, part 3. A high level user decided to share his tanks with his friends. After parading through the business district of LS, they went for a photo op by the Ferris wheel. I grabbed a copter and flew up to a skyscraper and started shooting their tanks with the sniper from about 4 blocks away. The leader had a mic and couldn't tell from their vantage point who was striking their tanks. He couldn't fathom the scope could zoom in from quite a distance. He couldn't understand because from his view he can barely see even the top of the building I was on, and how someone can fire from that distance.

I mange to strike and kill the first tank with 2 shots, which was from the voice on the mic a female. She said in a bewildered voice "...someone killed me" and the leader stated "wait, you were in your tank how could that happen?". Then I shot and killed his friend with 2 more shots, and it dawned on them I was sniping them out of their tanks, and in a amazing display of ability, started swerving their tanks in a mysterious ballerina motion lmao. I was able to strike the leader through the exhaust port but not a kill shot.

Soon there was a random user who went to Passive mode in the surf, so Mr. brilliant leader drowned his tank in an effort to kill him. Another user who overheard their surprised dismay that someone sniped them out of their tanks went on his try to kill them from another building. After that it just became a 1 on 1 (me and the other sniper) vs the 3 former tankers. I say 1 on 1 because sniper #2 was intent on killing me also. Sniper 2 stayed on his building while I went in on foot and went on a battle in a parking lot by the beach. After a close range automatic weapon fire fight, I went atop the Pier entrance and sniped them from their left while Sniper 2 took them out from his vantage point.

On the driver side exhaust port, I've killed one once, took two shots though. I wounded another that way, so to annoy him I sent him a text message "Ooh did that hurt?" lol. You can tell you've struck someone with the sniper, the viewing scope ring will turn red indicating a hit. Also, the heavy sniper is not required...I'm not high enough level to acquire one yet.

I can confirm. I've always killed tank drivers using the regular sniper rifle. I'm level 85 only.
I always aim at drivers entrance sometimes the red ring appears but some times not.

One time some guy killed me when I had a bounty on my head after I tried to steal a Buzzard from Sandy Shores, he then got in said Buzzard and proceded to start attacking the LSPD (as you do). I tried to snipe him, but failed many times to kill him. So I resorted to lobbing sticky bombs at him at detonating them when they got close.

After a few failed attempts, I finally got the lucky shot when the guy swooped in close to try and attack me and I blew him out of the sky with a geatly timed thrown sticky bomb that I detontated in the air.

It was a good day.

Last night I was flying a cargo bob tailing someone along the beach at low altitude. Most of the time they think I'm in a car and they'll attempt to evade me, usually with hilarious consequences. This time it was me, I forgot about those kryptonite laced Lifeguard stations and exploded in a fiery death. However I spawned right at the edge of the ocean, and almost immediately a white blip coming right at me on my radar. Someone thought he would take me out with his car and try to torpedo me on shore, but I managed to dodge him and his passengers attempt. His high speed momentum carried them far enough to submarine his vehicle. His passenger left the session, leaving the driver to fend for himself.

I love doing that., Feels such like an Action Movie :P.

I love players who randomly attempt to kill you, especially when they expect to single-handedly Rambo several players at once. The other day Sloth an I were chilling in Paleto when a blip appeared speeding towards us, since we were in cars we thought we'll wait and see what the guy's intentions were. Ofcourse he threw a stickie while passing, missed by a mile and got fed a salute from an AK-47. We thought we won't let him get away that easily, especially since he had "gangnam"in his name, and after maybe half an hour of sniper battle on the beach, we won with K/D ratio of maybe 20 - 2. Then it got pretty boring and we went our way, Ofcourse putting a stickie on the guy's Cheetah before leaving, just in case...

-Damn, he's still after us...
-*detonates the stickie* Not anymore!

Afterwards as we stopped by the shop east of Paleto Bay hoping and giving him a chance to give up, he showed up with a tank. We didn't have enough time to escape and got our cars blown up, followed by quite a mayhem around the gas station. I managed to find a gap to escape the area and went for my tank by the Beaker's Garage, though as I was coming back, Mr. Gangnam managed to already blow himself up so not to make things complicated I sank the tank and went on foot. At the time the action moved to the very north of the map and one more guy showed up from somewhere, he seemed friendly and since all of us except Mr. Gangnam were in passive mode, it didn't concern us. It was hilarious as 3 of us were standing on the shore in passive mode with Mr. Gangnam standing further away on a rock with his sniper rifle, looking through the scope at us three jerking off to him. Good times.

There was a semi friendly tank last night also. I was extremely apprehensive since 99% of the tank drivers just cause carnage to anyone they come across. This one seemed to noticed me and kept blowing his horn instead of his cannon.

Soon I realized his nature and walked up a few times, testing his reaction. He did seem to randomly fire his tank at some users though. I then climbed in a fire truck, drove up to mr tank driver and did a carousel fire hose salute. He responded with his own turret salute and we went off on our way.

I killed a guy earlier today who had a $3000 bounty set on him. But most importantly, I sticky bombed-him just as he came out of a LS Customs, having just repainted a vehicle for Simeon.

I felt awful.
