Yea, I bought way too many cars...and then won them all later.. In Gran Turismo 6 I'm not buying any cars until I've finished most the races/challenges.

My biggest mistakes have been:
Starting a 1v1 race in a league I running in whilst my car was on Comfort Soft tires when I should have been of Sports Hard which forced a restart.
Trying to go for an ever shrinking gap in another 1v1 highway race before clipping the barrier, taking us both out and forcing a restart.
Both of which were my fault entirely

Spending 12.5mill on a Chapparal 2D to race the Historic Racing (?!) Cup and failing to win by 15seconds at Cote, so won the Toyota 7 for free on b-spec Like the Wind. Result, won by 15seconds and lost tears over empty bank account.
Oh, and "tricking" a birthday ticket only to forget my save was before I expanded my bobs to 5 and had over 6mill in their accounts. Result = one bob, 6.5k and more weeping.
Think I had gotten off lightly compared to some. Restarting a 24hour race with minutes to go?? Oh dear

I saved up 400k for the Lancia Stratos Road Car that was coming up in the near future.
Ended up missing the car, so I bought a few cars, (D1 R34, Amuse GT1 Turbo) only for the Stratos to turn up in the OCD the next day.

For me it was when a new system update poped up and I opted to update from the internet directly to my console. Somehow the instalation screwed up and I had to wipe the HD and start again. Problem is my GT5 save backup file was a few months old... I learned my lesson and now backup GT5 once a week and only do system updates "manually" by downloading via my PC and installing it via my USB...

I Remember entering the american championship in a Nascar. I thought it was an ingenious idea and I was being clever & easy in a Nascar. So, spending my hard earned cash I had spent a while grinding out, I bought a TOYOTA Nascar. Needless to say, I was pretty peeved. I just sat there with a blank expression on my face, sighed and turned my PS3 off.

My worst ever moment was doing endurance races then 1 lap from the end I had the mother of all sneezing fits and beat my pb with 11 sneezes and only just won race by 0.201 wow.
I was online, doing Slothy things.
Then, a fellow family member brought me up some rice. Little did I know this very rice was hotter than I gather it should have been. So, I'm on the last lap, again, doing more Slothy things, and I go to grab the fork. I take the first mouth full of rice, and it set my tongue alight. I then proceeded to drop the controller and stumble out of the chair, falling over in the process. By the time I had got back from spitting the crap out down the drain I'd lost the race, and felt like an idiot because I was taken out by some rice.
