There has been a hatchet job about George Osborne the day before his wedding. The strong rumour is that it is a deadly assassination of explosive magnitude. I'd love to know what it is but doubt the Tory-loving press will do much. Anyone else heard anything?
I have now.

There's a number of allegations, lots of which revolve around cheating (no surprise; both of them seem to have had affairs in order to end up together), but there's one specific one that he slept with a 16-year old girl - younger than his own daughter - and said girl went on to have a child that was born at the same time, and curiously has the same name, as his own son with his fiancee. Edit: Seems the allegation is he named his son (Beau) after the girl he boned, not that she had a kid with the same name.

So that'll be fun.

And should anybody know of any reason why these two should not be joined in matrimony...

Edit: I wonder if he'll get the same grilling as Schofield.

If there's anything to get to the bottom of. It is funny how the anti BBC press run stories like this every now and then.

If I have read correctly, the Met has said that Edwards has done nothing wrong. I mean, he's obviously finished. He's done. But he didn't do anything illegal.

I wonder if George Osborne will get the same level of spotlight in the press.

You shouldn't be able to see someone's eyebrows raise at the word "train" in a static jpg, yet somehow...

If only he'd drawn it six months earlier. Just think of how much some rich doofus would have paid for an NFT of a Guiness World Record awarded piece of artwork!

I have a 25ft roll of paper somewhere back at the companies office. I'm going to go beat that record.

Nobody's told Italy that 40-degree temperatures are normal and no problem, so they've issued red weather warnings in 16 cities and told people to stay out of the sun between 11am and 6pm.

Meanwhile in Greece, where it's also normal and no problem, they've shut entry to the Acropolis to keep tourists away.

Of course here in the UK we've had the wettest July since ever, or something.

Shock across the UK as buildings (mainly schools and hospitals) made between 1950 and 1990 with aerated concrete with a predicted life of "around 30 years" start to crumble...

This comes as another in a series of building scandals, including the Grenfell Tower tragedy, where a high-rise block of flats caught fire after being covered with flammable cladding.

So, we're making NOS a Class C drug. I wonder how this will impact the relatively small tuning scene in the UK that uses it.
Put it this way, they won’t have many smiles on their faces.

There are exemptions to the law - NOS is required in medicine and food manufacture for example, but I can't find a full list of exemptions. It will probably surface at some point.

I'd imagine it'll be sold to licensed users under tight regulation, but for companies selling bottles to Joe Public for their cars, they'll be selling a Class C drug to the public.. can't see them being licensed?

So...any bets on where a certain comedian is fleeing to? I'd say Russia is odds-on.

To a creepier, unfunnier, less intellectual guy it couldn't happen.

I know the court of public opinion is extremely subjective but look who is rushing to the defence of Russell Brand:

World's Biggest Virgin, Elon Musk
Apex Predator, Andrew Tate
World's Most Divorced Man, Laurence Fox
Professional Schmuck, Tucker Carlson

I know how that influences me.

Russell Brand genuinely believes that he stands accused of being a total dick because of his 'non-mainstream' views.

It doesn't seem to occur to Brand that he has become a conspiracy theorist whackjob because he is a total dick.

And one only needs to look at the cast of truly horrific people - Tate, Jones, Carlson, Fox, Musk - who are defending him to understand just how much of a monumental penis Brand is.

So this "game changing" drug has finally hit the UK:

And the drug's manufacturers? Now the highest valued European company:

Good show on Channel 4 regarding this drug, last night.

An EV revolution has to be customer-led, apparently, but customers won't instigate it with poor infrastructure.

Typical weasel politics.
