That's promising. It being worse was the point of making the regs different, many cars couldn't make the 1000kgs but the integra could easy. Plus with it being so balanced and epic in turns, it dominates the field.

My alfa and jimmy's Atenza were both getting 1.09's on GVE. Not really setup well, just quick setup and go, only a few laps run as well.

Did 3 laps with the Peugeot 207 GTI on GVE

lap 1= 1.08's
lap 2= 1.07's
lap 3= 1.06's

350 BHP - 1048 kilo - exactly 500PP

What about 355 bhp and 1100 kgs..... This way the cars that cant reach 1000kgs don't suffer as much.

Phil, times/dates have yet to be decided. Regulations are still be worked on to create close racing - mostly because the Integra is much faster than anything else - at least 1.5s per lap on GVE.

I say go for min 1100kg and 355hp that should be good. And of course 500pp.

I say drop the PP Regulation. It makes all the cars irregular. You can't get a competitive 135i without going to around 505 PP. Aslong as theres a set HP and weight it should be fine.

Not possible to get 500pp with minimal 1100kg and 355hp unless your car has allot of downforce like the gt300/gt500 cars

pp is very unreliable and I suggest using only weight and BHP.

dropping off the pp system and adding ballast weight to the top 3 would make things interesting.

just leave the regulations as they are and cap the integra? make things much simpler, and wont have to buy another 135i and fuss about the colour scheme and that again

I just think we need to sort the regs and get on with it. Its takin ages to sort and nobody knows whats going on, how many people want to take part/what night etc

If it is slightly uneven at the start we can always bring bhp caps/ballast more into play as we go along.

Right, my changes were not final and were just ideas...
They were not universally accepted so old regs still apply.

355bhp @ 1000kg, with a 500pp limit .. I am aware that not all cars make them..

We will sort a specific limit for the DC5 then we will be ready to start the laguna seca pre season event.

Everyone interested will be PM'd about their team name , car choice and dates when the time comes, 1st post will be overhauled and we will begin.

The car list is on 1st post and should be stuck to.

Not my championship? But I'd like to think it was banned, apart from the fact its a proper race car car abd the rest are 'tuned' street cars :/
