For starters with the Integra at 1175 KG i did a 1:05.6xx, so there isn't a great difference.
What about the Civic?? It seems to be really light too??

ONLY use the online feature to test, physics is slightly different online. use a private lounge..... turn tire damage ON and make sure track edge is set to REAL, then you get the real time, garentee its different, racing medium, dont go over 355bhp 500pp and dont go under 1000kg

Since we don't have online I am trying the car offline.
To be honest I don't see any difference. I was actually 2 tenths slower offline. so I'm testing the car there with added weight.

Don't bother until we get psn back on, the integra limits will be late due to the psn problems
You sure your not using TCS or soemthing, thats extremly fast, racing soft maybe ?
The races will have no aids, mediums only, track edge to real and tires damage is ON, makes massive difference.
Sure your running the right power and weight and under the 500pp limit ?
Private lounge is the place to test.

Everything is right... I'm just that fast. 
My best lap ever was a 1:04 in my Lounge with all the regs on and the specs of the car right. The car is just amazingly setuped. 👍

Me and Kamy (Kamy especially, actually) have done a lot of setup work on the Integra, so I think the speed of the car is being a bit exaggerated. Plus I'm not slow, and Kamy seems to have found about a half a second on me in a FF car. Would be interesting to see what sort of laptimes you do in a Focus (or a Civic, or something different) with proper setup, Kamy.
You can say to make a car worse till it gets to 1:07s, but every driver is different so would be good to get some proper testing and feedback from one driver with each car.

Power limiting or more preferably JUST REMOVE MODS (i hate power limiter lol )
is the way to go by the looks of it.
remove 50bhp and add 100kgs is what I'll start with.
