Yeh i see deep forest being a lot different compared to nurb gp/d

Havent tested yet , will do tomorrow

It's not a high speed track but at Nurb sec1 is where the Audis got most of there advantage (from what I can remember), there's not a sector at DF which is like that, DF is more flowing so I don't expect the advantage to be so high.

Of course these are all my thoughts, the other guys might feel differently but that's my 2cents!

Yeah i see your point but all im saying is there is lots of corners which is the Audi's strong point, only time will tell :)

The reason the runoff was allowed last season is because it was safer,if it wasnt used then there would be lots off crashs at that corner otherwise.

I see your point....but if we don't allow areas of track because of that, then how does everyone improve there race craft?

My thoughts exactly but i can see why they allowed it coz of the carnage it would cause as that corner is a bit iffy. Hey dont get wrong i dont think it should be allowed but it is a safer bet to allow it.

Thats fair enough....still think it shouldn't be allowed though:)

It does explain the 1:21.xxx lap times though someone mentioned from last season

Yep! (Just to clarify I'm not saying your slow, or its all about the car)

Obviously your very fast and your going to be there or there about regardless of what track we're on! ;)

Anyway, all this talk about DF and I'm probably not even going to be there :/ - Just hope my mate gets back to me about signing up! :)

Pimped pink ready for DF sounds like maximum speed needed to hang with the super toad.

Just took a look on the calendar and I think if monza is more dry than wet , the next 5 tracks should be strong for me

Hey you guys can say/think what you like :) my driving does the talking,il even take the slowest car next season :)

How come we're allowing all these off track areas? Does that mean we'll be allowed to cut the corners at Monza?

Monza corners must not be cut.

Another reason for allowing runoff at DFR is simply to cut the amount of stewarding and nit-picking that would need to be done making sure all follow the rules. It's just easier to allow it here 👍

Improves the flow of the circuit also.

Not needed mate. We've just had two back to back audi tracks. And you've delivered the results. All the cars have good and bad points.

I really hope, to be honest, that someone else gets a look in soon, otherwise the car might not be in the series for much longer :scared:

gedi and jb are very, very fast drivers though. jb hasn't won 13 out of 19 for nothing :scared:

Did say the 4wd's would always be a nightmare to balance:) The V8 Audi R8 will always be a thorn in my side Rolo.:guilty: Just think if the tyre wear was still bad for the FF's things would be even worse.:scared:

Tire wear is still bad for ff cars

Tire wear has been improved for all cars in the game not just the ffs

True but with the lap windows used here it must have helped the FF's a little more than the others. Anyway if an Audi wins Monza the FF's really must suck.:sly: I say that not knowing what the things like in the wet btw.:guilty:

Hope so mate gets boring out front still looking for Audi vs BMW fight.
And Skeng :)

The ffs will soon come to life , dont forget all the crying by the audi boys after race 1

A few high speed tracks and the points table will change a bit

What!!!

What about me!!! >:[

lol, na Skeng is the fastest FF in the current field.

Rolo, will send you a pm about next season.........

I have a list of 14 cars (which includes the 8 used this season), and I'd put them all forward to go in S4 if all agreed. It may drop to 13 if the Audi is just too fast.

Simple, it's the same system as this season, but it just gives more variety of choice. Since TOCA is moving to Fridays I think the two-lounge idea can go. There would simply not be enough drivers to go around on Friday nights to make it work. This extended car list is basically a replacement of that idea.

Admittedly some of the cars on my list aren't as fast (yet), but I've never really given the extra cars a proper set-up, nor have I really fiddled with power and weight to get them balanced.

All cars are from different manufacturers, but I've definitely left out the Vectra, because we know that's too slow. Some of my proposed ones might prove too slow as well once S4 comes around, but they can be filtered out :sly:

Everyone moans about their equipment at various stages its part of being a racer.:sly: Unless your piloting a Vectra and from Milan then you moan all the time.:P

I think we got a great group of drivers , lots of fast ones as well . Will go down to the last race for sure .

Have done a few runs round DF...best of 1:22.6xx (without the off run off area).

Ran a few laps going through the run off and managed a 1:22.1xx. Still time to be made on ....probably about 3 tenths still in it going by my sector times (without the run off) max 4 tenths for me.

Is the Honda Civic Type R (EP) ’04 on that list :)

Nah, it's a one-car-per-manufacturer rule, so only one Honda, and that's the one used right now.

To be honest I'd rather have the '04 Civic over the '08 (since the '04 was actually a BTCC model), but that's Geeky's car, and obviously his series, so it might prove difficult to switch. The '04 is just as fast, and perhaps even a shade quicker though :sly:

Volvo C30 👍

Not a BTCC car. I know this car keeps coming up but it can't be done! If the S60 wasn't in the game then yeah, great idea. The whole point of BTCCOC is to replicate BTCC as far as possible with the cars. Always has been.

C30 is basically a Focus with a different body anyway.
