No one who actually wants to be President should be allowed anywhere near the Oval Office. The Presidency should be like jury duty: rip open the envelope and groan, "Ohhh, crap, I've got to be President this year..."

HEHE Right no new taxes. If Clinton was smart he would've steped down an let Bore take over and the Dems would've have White House still. Gridlock that's the way I like it.

That's actually a fair point, but Clinton knew if he did that it would ruin his name and probably put into jepoardy his wife's upcoming senate run.
