Challenge accepted.

I've had to straighten some of the roads out, but they need to be widened anyway.

Looks nice, but that portion at the end of the bridge is the only way onto the island for anyone, so unless a car bridge could be made right there I wouldn't be expecting a call from IndyCar anytime soon haha.

In 2013, IndyCar will revert back to this layout, which was used from 1998-2001, I believe http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5525880

I would make an attempt, but I can't come up with anything legitimate that would be better really. Only idea I'd have would be to go counter clockwise as opposed to clockwise. You would need a lot of run-off at what is now the final corner so there's no risk of cars going in the river :scared: But it would offer 2-3 passing zones, compared to only one with the 2013 layout and none on the 2012 layout (original posted above)

You're allowed to try.

I've been thinking of making a sim racing game, but that will be in a later date. ;)
However, I made some racetracks for it.

All drawn in my school assignment book. :P

This is my much improved Belle Isle circuit, it's absolutely flawless, and nowhere near as blasphemic as that naughty naughty Bathhurst redesign...

Also, I designed a circuit, what do you think?

Rendallio, that looks great! I like how you sorta took it in that Endurance race (VLN, Le Mans, Sebring) direction. It's an interesting thought, to think that the way that you organize the corners can change the aspect of the track.

As for my Dutch friend, you're crazy. And it makes me laugh. Keep it up. That random desert track; do you play Forza 3 or 4? If so, then you know the track "Sedona Club."

Why does everyone think I'm dutch?
It's not crazy, it's intended for hovercraft racing.
I don't play Forza often, it's not sensuous enough to be enjoyable.

A slight modification of one of the above Belle Isle proposals, to open it up and make it more-suitable for endurance racing.
your only problem but its not noticable from the google aerial view, is at the intersection of Central and Inselruhe there is a statue. That's why west of that point there is some imprint of really low grass kind of like the old Hockenheim, thats where the Champ Car raced on and where Indy starting next year will race

Doodled this while waiting for my milkshake at Steak n Shake.

I call it Morro Creek International Raceway. 16 turns, 3.2 miles, clockwise direction.
