Care to share your 3DMark03 scores? If you don't have it, you can download it here:
http://www.futuremark.com/download/

If you don't know what it is, it's a CPU/Graphics Benchmark program.

I'll start it off:
Fully Stable at 6179

If I can figure how to increase my Ram's speed from 400 to 433 I might be able to squeeze a little more juice out of it. Different coolers on the Video card will also allow a better core frequency, but until then I'm stuck with this. Comparison Detail:

Now, let me get this right. I ran it the first time, and got some crappy results. The wings of fury vid was fine until the end and all the rest were choppy after. I closed down some programs and tried again. Here are my scores.

First: 919
Second: 8647

Not quite sure how you got your second score....almost 8,000 points higher than the first. You can create a account and upload your score and provide a link as I did for system comparisons... I would be curious to see your detailed score. :)

Last time I benchmarked was when I had 2001SE (which was about a year ago) and I had about a 10500-11000 score. Never tried it with 2003 yet. I might download it next time I format.

My apologies gentlemen. I did have the 2001. I'm sorry for the confusion. I imagine my score isn't that good compared to many others in the 2003 records if I were to get it.

For your setup, on a laptop no less, your score is very good IMO. If you were running a desktop I would be a little concerned, but dang...that's one bad laptop. :-) What would help is if you could get into a 7200 RPM hard drive, but dang....

Yah, I like to think I know my stuff when it comes to computer stuff. The available hd's didn't have 7200, which kinda sucks, but I'm content with my baby. :D

Them and there overclocked computers which act as super heaters unless they have a large iceburg strapped to their case.

Yea, I'm just annoyed that technology progresses so quickly.

1531 now :D

Replaced the GeForce with a Radeon 9600XT, and replaced the onboard sound with Soundblaster Live.

Athlon Xp2400+ @ 2.0 Ghz
512 Mb DDR 2300 -_-
Fx5200 128mb ddr lite -_-
17" some brand monitor

Coming soon: Dual Vantec 80mm tornados intake/exhaust

benchmarks: 5305, 5049 on 2001se!! AHHHH >_<

Sheesh.

Ran 2001SE while I am downloading 2003.

System specs:
GeForce2 MX200, 32MB!!!.
I think enough has been said.
Score, 2727.

Well, the rest of the system is okay.
Athlon 1600+ @ 1659(2000+)
384MB RAM @ 306
Only a 20.4GB HD, 7200RPM.

Hmm...I need a different video card...BAD

[edit]I got 98 in 2003. :dopey:

Using 3DMark2003, I obtained a 3594 score.
Using Aquamark2003, I had over 26,000
EDIT: 26,549 exactly.

I can't remember the exact numbers. I'll run a benchmark later on each.

I need to change the AGP speed from 4x to 8x to do it though. Dungeon Siege seems to throw a fit when I try to run it with my 9600XT at 8x. I really don't know why. Anyone else have issues running Dungeon Siege on the latest version of ATI drivers and Dungeon Siege? I bought Legends of Aranna and the game worked fine before that on an older version of it(I had a Ti4200 installed at the time though).

Another EDIT: I'm beginning to suspect that it is my motherboard causing my videocard issues. It came out before ATI's 9600XT and is apparently incompatible with it. The only thing I can thing of updating that I haven't already done is my BIOS(I doubt it would help). Looks like it is time to shop for a new one... :irked:
