I think one thing PD needs to do is use the licences that they have already properly. Example, look at Audi's lineup. No RS5, no TT-RS, no RS4, no RS3. Or look at Ford; no GT500, no Boss302, no late model Mustang period. Or Lotus, no Exige ... etc. Being a car company with a heritage like Porsche, I would definitely have some ill thoughts about not being represented properly.

Well if EA's deal with Porsche has ended (In the future) I think there is a chance for GT and other racing games to have Porsches in it.

nothing suggest it has ended NFS Rivals helps prove it's alive and well and so do T10 reps saying that FM5 wont have Porsche for now. So...unless you can provide proof then it wont happen.

If Porsche will possibly be included in the game, then how many cars of the brand will be there if PD does not become lazy?

LMSCorvetteGT2
Every version of the 911 from the early 70s to now and various racers so I'd say about 68 versions :dopey::dunce::dopey::sly:

Wow. That's comparable to the number of all GT-Rs in the game.

I saw a Porsche drive past my house this morning. I think that means that Porsche will definitely be in GT6.

Either that, or it means that a new king has been born in the west. If you follow up the GT6 lead, I'll buy some gifts and follow the Porsche to see if it leads us to the stable where this infant may have been born. Let's report back here with our findings.

I can't understand why PD doesn't mine all the advantages from RUF license. They have been using almost every important Porsche model in their car portfolio. Only premium Yellowbird would make my day.

considering we have none premium RUF cars..... I would be happy with Premium versions of the RWB Porsches

Agreed completely but there is still the issue with them being Porsche and gets back to the licensing issue again. RUF being a manufacturer in their own right is the loophole basically. This needs to be exploited a lot more if no terms can be reached.

The OP wants to know the chances of Porsche being in GT6?
Tell 'im he's dreamin'

I hoping Kaz is an ideas man and can wangle a miracle, maybe a game of two up with EA could be on the cards

^this, thats why the new 911 isn't in Forza along with the 918 :(, but there is no reason they can't put some premium RUF's in though

I seriously don't understand why games have to buy licenses so that they can have excluive vehicles in their game. If they Forza wants to compete with GT6, why won't they play a fair game? Not like GT6 has any exclusive licences over Forza..

...why is Porsche the company that makes probably the most serious driving cars out there giving exclusive licenses to EA who can't make Racing games without adding stupid Fast and Furious effects.

Probably because of an old doofus in upper management who doesn't know exposure when he sees it

why wouldn't PD make exclusive deal with NISSAN ?? :P make nissan cars exclusive in gran turismo with all the advertisement PD giving them specially through GT ACADEMY

I think it's absolutely counterproductive for Nissan.

Well they should at least be actually making an effort with RUF if they can't get Porsche, even though RUF is to Porsche as Shelby is to Ford.

Edit: I would be happy if they did somehow get Porsche for DLC. I'd especially be hoping for them to add the either the Boxster or Cayman.
