That vehicle sucks. When I either hit a wall or spin out, it can't turn. Anyone know why?

i believe because it doesn't have power steering.
I absolutely hate that car. sure its pretty fast but you would have to turn the wheel twice as much as regular cars. absolutely hate that trash

I'm surprised people are complaining about this one. There are about 10-20 cars that could win this race if tuned properly. Some can win it stock. AI is strong but really falls off late in the race.

That 2J is pretty slow, I took it down on my Cobra Daytona (Anniversary) easily.

Set at stock speeds I agree it is pretty slow but it has pretty good grip levels. If you have a good car which handles the corners then you are fine and if you have a car with a good top speed you are also fine. When I use the 2J, I tend to increase the top speed and it obliterates the Minoltas, XJR8s etc. On the IA Championship at the SSX10 course, I won by 30+ seconds as I had the top speed set at 286mph (it currently is my fastest speed so far in the game!)

I made it to the classic race in iB, and what do I find! PD used those Chaparral's in a early race at Monaco. I did not like having to race against them in GT5, and here they are in a race so early there is no chance to catch them at Monaco. I had to get a loaner from the community in gt5 just win one race. I do not have enough credits to even try and buy a car that can compete with those Chaparrals. And why is there no qualifying.
Do you have a shelby daytona coupe anniversary? I used that, just have to block at the end.

I used the 7 and I raced against two 2J's and another 7 in the top three at Silverstone. We all stuck pretty close together. What a nightmare...

This, but at Monaco :scared:

The only saving grace is that the AI does not seem as tough as it was in the same race in GT5. I was able to come back from several seconds behind and 4th place on the final lap to barely win. In GT5, you pretty much had to have the lead from the first turn to win it.

1 fact stays : how many races do you know where qualification does not exist ? It's absurd that you cannot qualify.. And for who likes the challenge of coming up trough the field from the back : just don't qualify :-D

What you describe is getting very very annoying in GT.

12 cars on the grid, no way to qualify.
Cars 2-12 are just filling and roadblocks.
Car on pole is a car that is like 10 seconds faster per lap than the rest of the field.

You're not racing against any of the 12 cars, just the guy on pole because he is ridiculously much faster than the rest of the field.

I want a field that is close to eachother in performance.
I want to try to beat the Golf GTi's and Seat Cupra's with my MX5.
But if they make a field full of Golfs and MX5's and then put 1 Ferrari Enzo in it, you're basically just driving against that ONE car.

They messed this up in GT5 and now they do it again.

This should be forwarded directly to PD's development team. Then after they read it and understand what a disservice they done to us they should all be fired.

The really odd thing is they got it right in GT1 & 2!

Credits are easy to come by, with the login bonus just race the red bull jr event a few times part with the 4.5mill & get the 2J & blow em off the park. It will be useful for other events. Don't stress.

It took a while with the Cobra Daytona. I had to be nice to the lead 2J. If I passed him too early he would pass me back again. I let him stay up front until about 3 turns before the finish line. It took me a few tries once I figured out where I could pass him and stay out in front. I kept mucking it up :-)
