It's a sports car/supercar/track car. The only real muscle car Dodge makes is the Challenger. If you want to get really specific, the Mustang and Camaro aren't muscle cars either, they're pony cars.
Plus it's >$100,000. Muscle cars are cheap.
For the record, the Viper GTS is my favorite car ever and hope to own one at some point in my life. It's not a muscle car though.

That was just an auction for a one of a kind special edition. The production ZL1 will be about $50,000.
Technically it's still valid and it follows the rules, but you may have a better chance at getting in the polls with a different car. This is just my opinion though, and it's all up to the judge.

Im amazed how people on a car forum are getting confused as to what a muscle car actually is, Not a tricky definition CHEAP, Big Power, Can't go around corners, Im no american but the Corvette has in the past been called the american Porsche 911 so what's that mean I wonder, That its a sports car as is the Dodge Viper and SRT10 Enough said really.
