Yeah it is really picking up. Best thing is too that there's enough of us to host lounges instead of public rooms... there are some right wankers in some public rooms.

Once we have a few more and everyone has "friended" everyone then we can start thinking of a league or even just a weekly muck around with 16 of us, that would be awesome lol

I'll be on at 3 too, see ya then

Sounds good. I've yet to even enter my own lounge so will have to get onto that.

16 car field would be fun, maybe a few 50 lap races if we all have the time ( and patience lol) might be on the cards aswell.

Yep the 50 lap or enduro race has been on my mind too, will hopefully be able to get one going, that is definitely something I want to get going.

Enduro sounds great. A track thats missing from the aspec ones would be great.

Good call! I'll be making more tracks too so they could be an option... I'm going t make a track specifically taylored for the Vettels too, that will be a blast!

I'd like in on an enduro, but leave me out of the Vettel thing,I have a serious hate on for that car lol

New track for Vettel's is up now in my lounge - if anyone wants to come check it out come join me, if you're not on friend list send me a FR 👍

Any chance of some low PP category races in the pipeline? The little RM Civic and Golf are a right pleasure to run.

If I'm around I'm in, I'm always making cock-ups and it'll be good to not do peaoples heads in too much ID brundle56uk, I'll add heathenpride tonight

I'll definitely be up for some lower PP runs. The MX5 TC is my favourite at the moment.

I haven't bought the DLC yet but I know what you mean. I have a tuned MX-5 and it is fricking awesome. :)

Absolutely!! All you guys gotta do is ask, if anyone has ideas for races or classes or whatever just say the word and we will do it for sure!

I love that this is getting up and running and I welcome all the input from as many people as possible so please do not be backward in coming forward with suggestions etc :)

What I would like to do next is set a date for a run where all of us can get out and drive and have a blast. Can I ask you guys to let me know what day of the works best for you? Please let me know what day of the week best suits and we can go from there.

Good stuff mate, I will add you when I get the invite 👍

For me, I have to say the evenings/nights are better.

I work late on Weds, Thurs and Fri but finish relatively early at the weekend. Monday and Tuesday I do no work.

I appreciate the animosity bro, and you're certainly not alone nor is it unjustified.

I look at the Vettel like this: It is useless on most tracks and when taken on nearly any track by anyone less than a master it ends in disaster and it is generally a horrible racing experience for everyone involved... Unfortunately people keep going back and trying again and again thus resulting in nearly a collective hatred for the car :grumpy:

What I have done is created a track that is just for the V, it is wide it is FAST and it has just the right amount of corners, i am actually very pleased with the way it turned out (Cali & I had some amazing races today) and I'd love it if you (and anyone else for that matter) dropped on by one day to try the car in the environment that I believe it is meant for. Worst case scenario you have a race and still hate it, which is totally fine :)

Haha! I think you'd need to be insane to do my job!

hahah then you can keep it

just saw your sig block too, I love it and am amending mine as we speak!

I think a league takes away from the whole 'casual' element as it requires people to be dedicated. It's why I haven't joined one yet because it's difficult to commit with work and all.

anyone looking for clean fair racing at take a look at gbracingclub.co.uk i have been a member a year and the racing is fair and close with set divisions so your always racing people of equal abilities.

Another good point raised lol

We can do something that suits everyone, I'll think on it :)

I think you're right but a league could be a good thing as long as the casual, anytime racing doesn't go away with it. Like if there was a league every x day at x time, you could participate if you'd like and the rest of the week could remain business as usual. Basically as long as it doesn't turn into a thing were we only have a C.O.R.E. room open during league days I don't think it would change much and it would remain casual.
Just my $.02

Oh and for me pretty much any day except Saturday. Monday-Friday I work 8:30-4:30 EST, but Saturdays are weird, sometimes I'm home at 5, sometimes midnight or later. But yeah pretty much any time between 5 and 1 I'm up for racing if it's a planned thing. Sunday pretty much whenever. Once it's a scheduled thing it's easier for me to always make it because then i can at least say to SWMBO "hey, xx day at xx:xx time every week I'm going to be playing some games" and just makes it better than me ticking her off for breaking my wheel out the second she leaves the room.

Edit: Forgot, Sunday and Monday may lower the amount of people from the states that want to participate in a league due to football (not the kind of football that we call soccer). This may or may not be a good thing though depending on the person's viewpoint.

The foundations of CORE are the casual races & free runs that we all enjoy & that will never go away so have no fear there. I agree that a session at a set time & day would be sweet & of course those that don't want to participate don't have to so it can work.

Any so called "competitive" nights or leagues or whatever we run will be strictly casual as well, yeah we all like a victory but there'll be no trophies on offer, there are pro leagues for that!
