Having recognized the Soviet Republic of Siberia as a new nation, Doogeria wishes to form a non-aggression pact, as well as a military alliance with the Soviets.
Due to Otakuland's apparent dormancy, Doogeria has canceled plans of a peace and military alliance agreement with them.
