Actually I bought it just to be able to get my 2 trophies for speed. Spa 24, Sardena, de la Sarthe are actually very nice ways to have super fun and make not bad Cr. per hour, but it's just me, IMHO. :)

I don't care anymore, I have about 410 cars in my garage, I need few more and I've never driven super boring car on Tokio Experss East Clockwise.


550.000 Cr. per hour, far less than 3.300.000Cr. but you can do it AFK, so you are not bored to death at the end :) .

Best he can get when his menu is not complete.
 
Do you not use middle finger on break, index on L1 and keep thumb on steering? Trying to understand the inflammation on thumb from using L1 lol
I use my index finger for braking and pressing L1.

It's a stretch for me to steer and press L1 at the same time. I did a lot of testing at Daytona too when I started to get pain. For some reason my thumbs starts to hurt when I do a lot of oval tracks.
I ignored the pain at first, but read about the consequences and so long my inflammation isn't cured, I don't press boost. :)

I choose L1 for boost because I figured I wouldn't need to press boost while braking.

Anyone know of a tune for the Tommy Hawk SSSSSS? I prefer to run Sport Softs at Tokyo, at the 800pp grind races we must use Racing rubber.

I have two sheets for the X, I’m hoping the SSSS may be able to brake better.

Did you keep changing the first three gears til they came up with the options that OP show? Go change the gearing in this order 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2 3

Keep pushing 1,2,3 to the far right each time til the numbers pop up

I was getting tired too but since I couln't play the game for almost 2 weeks and spent all my credits on legendary cars the day I came back home, I made a new intermediate tires setup which imo is far much better than the previous ones.

In 4 hours of time I managed a 14:42.194, 14:34.283 and 14:28.895 races, and this one in 14:22.606 with a good margin to improve.

Quality is not really good but I integrated the wheel gameplay in the video.

I think that with a few training some can finish the race under 14 minutes with this setup. It's not the best build for fast laps but it's a great overall compromise! 👍

Does using CSA and ASM help improve lap time?? I only use TCM3, I can feel the car start to slide quite a bit when IM's get worn, especially between T1 and T2.

With the new update I felt the car was more stable with CSA on strong and ASM turned ON, but honestly in the first part of the race you can't tell the difference and I played only a few hours with this build so I'm not sure it's relevant. Still, I feel having better grip with worn tires doing so.
For the TCS I set it on 1 for this race and it works great 👍

Yesterday I just had my fastest race which was 17:54… I never thought I’d crack under 18:00 especially with all the dumb penalties I get…but this past weekend I had a quick lap that I probably won’t get again which was 1:17…The faster I go the more times I lap the AI and when that happens I usually end up with a slow lap…For now on I’m a just take it easy on the speed so I don’t get frustrated… meaning when I don’t lap the AI I can speed all the way but once I lap the AI I have to expect a slow lap time and just overtake them slowly…no need to try and speed around them because whether I do that or drive slow around them usually they move and I hit them which causes me to hit the barrier and get a penalty…so minuswhale just be driving miss daisy and take my sweet time
 
Same. I usually run this at mixture 6 which I find preserves my tires a bit better, but forgot to move it the first run last night and amazed myself with a 1:13 on lap 2 of that race. I'd never broken 1:18 but once prior to that (although 1:18 on mix 6 is pretty quick for me.) I had to pit for tires on lap 5 instead of 7 before I realized my fuel map was on 1 still! :lol: Still made a one-stop, but 5 and then a careful 7, rather than 7 and 5 laps. And I went under 18 minutes for the race for the first time, even with one lap having 20 seconds of penalty!

By the way, I found accidentally that the penalty time is not a speed limit, it is actually the inability to accelerate. At all. I got whacked while crawling once, and nosed into the tunnel wall. Could not move until the penalty time lapsed Did an experiment on my next penalty, slowed to 25mph, could not exceed 25 back to 50 until the penalty expired.

I regularly manage sub 1:15 laps and my record is 1:12.552, but I am totally unable to concentrate enough for a whole race and I'm unable to make the whole race under 20 minutes. The "AI" is not helping in all of their swerving into me on purpose-ness.

My best lap time is much slower than this, but I can complete the race in less than 20 mins. I use RH and fuel map 2. On the first lap, it feels like I'm racing on ice, but from lap 2 onwards gets progressively faster.

I am far too cautious for the first and last corner, and I know I can carry more speed through the corners. I don't tend to lose very much time lapping the AI though as I have the racing line assist on, and use this to help me guess the line that the AI are likely to take.

My FL 1:22.357, non-stop using fuel map 3 as a precaution, and my race time was 18:33. Lapped the AI 4 times
Definitely losing time in the first 2 and last 2 corners as the RH want to understeer into the walls, and I'm not very fast!
Just one penalty this time.

One thing to try, switch to SH tyres - you'll have to fiddle a bit with the setup to get it to work but they last the whole race just fine and are much more consistent with their grip level if you touch any water. I've been running them on FM 6 so I don't have to pit and I can run 14:35ish on a clear run.

1min12 ! damn ! I am much slower than that. My best lap is 1min19. Yet I complete the race in 18min, fuel mix to 6 all along, no pit stop, IM tyres. If I manage well I take 4 laps to all AI including Gallo. When in a lap where I have to pass AI, I just slow down a lot and stay patient. My main goal is to avoid penalties.

Could you share your setup on how to run Sports Hard tyres on it?
 
I have a very mild setup, heavily downtuned, with a lot of ballast.
i'll see i can share it later.

Sure thing, just a tweaked version of the setup sanket posted.



Best race time I've run is a 14:28 and good laps are low 1:08. Using TC1 and ABS weak on a controller with 10 sensitivity on map 6. You can run SM or SS if you can get them to last but you'll have to adjust the ride heights until it works again.

Managed to get down to a 14:21 now and having done ~5000km doing this I really hope PD patch it and give us some more sensible ways to earn 3-4 million an hour instead.

Nobody forces you to do it. Why do you need PD to patch this?

Sport hards look great even if you can make better lap times with intermediates, at least for the first part of the race.
Yesterday I managed a 14:21 with 5 seconds penalty, then a 14:18 and a 14:17, but the 14 minutes wall seems so high...
Everytime I make a really fast race the IA makes me crash or losing a lot of time.
At this point I think the bridge between 14:20 and 14:00 is just pure luck...
