Amazing setup!!
Which model# qumi projectors are you using?
Guys wanted to update you. I finally took a video with the camera duct taped to my head. So forgive any crappyness. Also the Camera is far from HD. You will see banding and color shifting. This is not the case when you are playing. Its the fact that the camera can't capture the DLP projectors quickly enough and will show color shifting and banding. just wanted to clear that up in case it scares people from DLP projectors. They are magnificent, the picture an immersion is complete.
I duct tape the camera to a hat and used both my fisheye lens and a normal lens so as to give you two perspectives. I'll take more videos of Gran Turismo an PC with head tracking. Hopefully I will get a HD camera soon. Forgive the blurriness.
Let me know if you have any questions.
UPDATE! Just bought a D-Box platform. should be here in a couple of weeks. I'll upload pics and video once I have it installed.

The store I bought mine from (San Francisco Area, Tap Plastics) has a site, but doesn't have anything useful on it about the material.
I bought mine locally as a 4x8' sheet. Cuts easily but there is static and plastic dust stuck to it when you are done. It is easy to clean though. It hangs nearly straight - straight enough for a projector. In the size you are using you might want to use some light bracing or backing to stiffen it a bit since it doesn't look like it will be hanging.
So the screen is about 100" and I am using an Epson 8530. There is a hot spot on the image but it isn't too bad. Overall it is bright enough in day light and just gets better as the light goes down.
Did you read about the different paints AVSforum developed for gain and color balance?
