As for the beetle, it simply lacks the legs of the Supra but is super stable. It is the easiest car to get through the COD, you hit that thing and boom you are last. I think it depends on the lobbies you are in, I tend tend to be matched against guys I have no chance of legitimately competing with so I circulate in the mid 38's and wait for the carnage.

It is VERY fast through the t2/3 sequence (first braking zone), can really hound the supras through there.

I raced you on Thursday, where you finished P2, just pipping me on the line after starting from the back, lol (I was the red WRX).

It was a fun race, but I bottled it in the last esses, and you had far more pace than me, anyway. Sorry if I got in your way, because (as a 61 year-old) I can be a bit erratic.

It's tough to manage the front tire wear on those Subarus.

I was able to get the Mustang to turn with a quick lift off of the throttle. It's the fastest speed I've seen me run through the chicane in any Gr. 3 car. Doesn't make it the best, but it worked for me

I'm revisiting this quote because I tried to get the Viper around Seaside to better the Mustang's time. I went through the CoD faster, but I couldn't better my time. The Viper just seemed to understeer more & take a split second longer to correct its track once you back off.

Yeah it fixed once the right person left the lobby. Not seen it that bad though.

Doesn't even need the player to leave.
If you tab out of the race to send a PSN message this happens. Everyone is hung until the player tabs back in.

I got this Night 3 not realy good Races and dropped from 27 to 23 K Raiting. Today i'll start racing, after my First Race ( Start from Pole, was bumped out and "fight" back to 2. ) i'm looking for my Rating and it Shows me that i'm drop to 7k ... WTF

Looks like you've been blamed for poor sportsmanship. SR drops. Once it drops to a predetermined amount, the game DR resets you. But if you're planning to switch to GT7, your ratings from Feb. 15 will be the DR & SR you start that game with.

If they’ve stopped daily races already that’s a pretty crap way to treat the gtsport player base. Not everyone will be dropping 70 quid on a new game and they’re left in the cold.

As stated above, you've been reset due to poor sportsmanship. TBH under the current system that takes some effort. I was reset 7 times in 100 days when the system was harsh but since it turned into the wild west I have not been reset once.

... no more Words for.. Some B Races.. with very Big Asshole Players.. AND GT7 Races. With blocking and Bumping at Qualifying AND Race. I really dont understand Players Like that.
At Race B always the Same.. i got Pole, get bumped out after Start and if i try to get my Position back. Players use "fight" Line and at COD they crash into the last Wall so i bump into that Cars without any Chance for brake or things like that.

Thats ******** i think.

On GT7 Roadtrip.
Frist Race i get Bumped and Block at Qualifying from an Spain A.......
So i had to fight for every Position.
( example: Best Qualifying Time there was a High 2.02,xxx I can get 1.99,xxx )
Secound Race, i got Pole with 1.99 in front of the 2.
Just shootet out from Racer behind at the 2. Right Hander and had to run from 13 then.

I realy dont understand other Players.
If i know there is one behind me who can so much faster than me, i make room, let him overtake me and try to follow him. But most Players block or bump into me if i overtake them.
I'm realy frustrated now.
I think realy about to quit playing and cancel my order of GT7.

No offence but you are a consistently low rated player in DR and SR. These kind of things happen more often in low rated lobbies. It happens less in higher rated lobbies. Not never but much much less. A player doesn't have consistently low SR by it just being everyone elses fault. My advice is either get good or yes, cancel your GT7.

I don't know how long he's been playing, but to be fair, many of us took driving from previous GT games into Sport. I myself tried hard & was having bad results & lots of contact with other cars. It took some time to realize how much GT Sport was simulating through the controller. It's simulating aero effects, overloading of front & rear tires, and various other aspects of driving that previous games couldn't simulate. Not to mention, GT Sport is the first game that takes driving serious & also has human players that we race against. Other games with human opponents have been about crashing someone else to win. GT Sport had to break some of us of those old habits.

Maybe you didn't read everything or understood everything I wrote, even in the messages before it, it's not about individual mistakes that others make, it's about the behavior of many people in general.
Of those who close you on purpose and then want to make up places again, many behave extremely maliciously.
And if the driver in front of you brakes hard repeatedly and you try to overtake him, then it's no longer fun.

I've been playing GTS for 55 days and I was already B/B as you can see from some of the messages above. I can already tell if others are making a mistake or if they are acting maliciously and intentionally.
I'm certainly not a very good driver, but I'm not bad either, and certainly not slow. And in "normal" races, I only overtake when it's very safe that this is possible without touching the other vehicle.. but that's a foreign concept for many drivers.

I’m cool with it. Would like to get my 3.0CSL, Gr.4 Supra and Alfa 155 on the returning tracks. Sure hope there’s more variety with car choices in the races.

New Challenge Nürburgring Nordschleife backwards... that would be a really interesting race. In any case, I would need at least 1 month to learn the route like this.

Not even close. Not sure if the formulae but I've been reset in the 70s I think. Nowhere near 0 anyway.

The formula is something like this:

If your SR goes below 50 and your DR is A+, you get reset to 40K
If your SR goes below 30 and your DR is A or higher, you get reset to 20K
If your SR goes below 15 and your DR is B or higher, you get reset to 7K
If your SR goes below 5 and your DR is C or higher, you get reset to 3K

You're safe as long as your SR is only one letter below your DR.
If it goes 2 letters lower, you're hanging on until about midway in that SR range.

However you can't level up higher than your SR letter. Points still keep coming in, yet the 1,500 level bonus won't happen until your DR letter advances. You can be DR.B SR.B with 35K DR. (been there )
